Not a big writer: not a bad experience and got my choice of vehicle for a fair price. Never going to be perfect, as long as you feel you have gotten the vehicle you want at the price range and APR that you of vehicle for a fair price. Well for me the deal was pretty good. First off hand Misty is absolutely great to work with along with her showroom manager that helped work my deal. I explained to her what I was looking for and after Misty is absolutely great to work with along with her showroom manager that helped work my deal. I explained to her what I was looking for and after all was said and done she truely understood where I was at on payments and the fact that most of us truely have a budget. So she knew it was an I could do it deal or couldnt do it deal. Shes not the type thats going to go back and forth with the floor managers a dozen times. So I would suggest any one to ask for Misty to do you car deal. Now as far as financing goes.... Well one Bank said yes then 2 days later I get a call from the showroom finance team saying we had to redo the paper work. We need you to come in and resign because the first bank is now saying No.... How this happens after they say YES... you tell me. Anyways we set up an appointment for 1 pm the day I got the phone call. We had to make sure we had an appointment because anyone who has kids knows, they dont work at a car dealership. So an hour after our appointment time we were eventually seen. Next issue was the day we originally bought the Caravan the second key was missing. Now with the Caravan the key is Mercedes technology. So the key is expensive. Then there is the charge for programing. So me as the buyer of course im gonna make a little wind about it since until I get a second key im out roughly 5-600 dollars for a key. We were promised we would get a second key at the dealerships expense. And we eventually did. Now once we got back to sign the finance paperwork the second key had not appeared as promised. So Aaron.. (lord knows what his real title is at the dealer) took my one key back to Service to have it remade while we signed the paper work. Well... he comes back and says It will be out on the next truck and will take one day to get. I said to him since I had all ready been through enough and this is becomming a real sour deal the dealership needed to give me an I.O.U paper. He refused to give me anything like that. Now a week goes by. Misty is out sick so no one can really tell me what is going on with the key cause everytime I ask for Aaron I get told hes with a customer. So Misty shows back up I call and get a hold of her. She gets me hooked up with Walter in Service. Then Walter in Service knows whats going on. He is really on top of his game in my opinion. He told me that the key info was passed on to Aaron as it would take a minimum of 1 WEEK to get the key, before an appointment could be made to have the key copied. So thats telling me that Aaron fed me a line of crape to try and make me happy for the minute. After all is said and done Misty in Sales and Walter in Service are on top of thier game and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out. As for other individuals .. well I can only say just be carefull. I mean come on seriously finance schedules an appointment for 1 and I have no choice but to bring 3 kids with me. Have you ever tried to keep three kids happy when they are just borred out of thier minds with some place like a dealership... So over all I give Misty and her sales manager that worked my price a 5 and Walter in Service a 5. But for the rest of it, the total experience I give it a 3. More
