I am new to the US and knew little of the used car market< but i was lucky enough to meet Dave Moore at Hall. He drove me out to test a couple of cars, that were not to my liking, and when it seemed that I would have to look elsewere, we stumbled on the car I eventualy bought. They were very upfront with what happened. They found another vehicle (different color, but same options) and brought it in for us. It was exactly what we wanted.
