I was looking for something specific. I needed a used minivan... that was fairly priced... and that was cool enough to please my super picky husband. I found a super shiny black 2005 town and country on their lot. The inside was super clean and well kept, it has built in GPS and stow and go seating. We worked with Dave Moore. He was super friendly. I've always found it a bit awkward to go on test drives with my children in tow... we teach them not to talk to strangers, and then we get in a car with one... but Dave Moore was so warm and kind it was more like he was an old friend. The whole buying process was painless and the kids had fun at the dealership. They especially loved the popcorn :) When we look for my husbands next car, in the near future, we will most definitely go though Mr. Moore. We were very satisfied with the overall experience. I bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla from Hall and the service was awesome. Carlton Little was more than helpful when we visited the dealership looking for a specific vehicle. His sales approach was low pressure but helpful and had a very friendly personality. After driving a vehicle, he worked some numbers for us and brought in the sales manager John Foley, who also seemed friendly and helpful throughout the process. We didnt close the deal the first night but after a call to Carlton and John the next day we felt they were very helpful in getting me the information we needed and working within our busy schedules. After getting the numbers where we needed, Mike in finance seemed just as friendly as the rest of the staff and helped with the final details of the purchase. After signing the papers, Carlton followed through with a final demonstration of the vehicle. We've bought vehicles at two other Dodge dealers and an Acura dealership and this was by far the best experience. More

Also there was less working with us on the price but over all the exp. was great and the end result is we got the vehicle my wife wanted and at a price i could swallow even though didn't make me the happiest. Fara was very friendly and she didn't play the "sales" game with me which we really appreciated. I will reccomend Hall to my family and friends when they are looking for a new car. More
