While shopping around for a new car, I test drove just about every make of car on the market, and visited just about every dealership in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, and none of their customer service o about every make of car on the market, and visited just about every dealership in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, and none of their customer service or vehicles were as top notch as at Hall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Working with Fagan and the rest of the Hall team was great. They offered me a fair amount for my trade-in (most others tried to low ball me). They had great incentives PLUS a military discount. Of all the salespeople I met, Fagan was the first that understood that buying a new car is a huge investment and a big deal, and didn't try to put me into a vehicle I didn't want. Most important to me, he was the first salesperson to offer me the option of custom ordering my vehicle to fit my needs exactly (everyone else tried to sell me a car they had on their lot, with features I didn't want at a higher price than I was looking to spend).
