Pleasant, efficient and fair My wife was looking for a new SUV with the latest safety features. We looked on line for the correct affordable model with good ratings. In no real order we drove the Audi, Lexus, Jeep, BMW and Volvo before the Audi RDX. Leading to our visit to Hall Acura we had locked in on the 2017 Lexus RX. Marl Stonis met us at the door of the showroom and a pleasant few hours later we wanted an RDX. We left with only a fair price to be determined. Mark said he would email a fair price for either a lease and purchase and would use an approximate trade in value for our Mercedes Benz SL500. The trade was approximate only because we had to leave for an appointment before they could do a full review and drive the car. Later that evening as promised we received the two quotes. We had one minor question and asked if we should bring the car back for thorough review as most people think their car is worth more in trade. With no muss we reached a fair price and closed the deal. Mark was so responsive and professional that we would recommend him to our friends, which I in fact did one day later. We ended up purchasing through the dealer financing available. The contract process was equally efficient. The entire process over two days took four hours of which Mark spent over an hour walking us through the many features and answering all our questions before she drove away. The RDX with the Advance packages met all of my wife's goals with quality, size, prestige and more safety features than expected. She is trilled although will miss her SL. More

Deceiving JOE C and GLENN both are compulsive pathological liars. I was told "oh it's a state law and that is why this car has been on the lot for several month JOE C and GLENN both are compulsive pathological liars. I was told "oh it's a state law and that is why this car has been on the lot for several months while the recall was being fixed". I than call JOE to ask for an explanation of the lies he told me, his response was "I NEVER SAID THAT", GLENNS response was "BMW is full of shit". Yeah, newsflash, BMW doesn't even have the parts to fix the problem yet. To make a long story short this experience was automile fraud at its finest and that is why JOE had no problem rescinding the sale. Than neither of the two liars could look me into my eyes, man up, and apologize for their shenanigans. More

DON'T tell a customer certain maintenance was done and state "by law I needs to fix the issue in order to sell" along with other xx. JOE C is so bad and dirty, he was willing to rescind the sale because he knew he was screwed if this went to legal. KEEP UP THE GREAT LIES!!! I cannot wait to share this entire fraudulent experience with corporate!!! More
