DeAndra Meekins was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions. Even when I was undecided on the car (new versus used, one color or another) she was very p professional. She was able to answer all of my questions. Even when I was undecided on the car (new versus used, one color or another) she was very patient. She even went to another dealership to pick up a used car i wanted to test drive. Customer Service/Sales People should remember that the customer is why they have a job. I truley belive that DeAndra has hit the MARK. I have even recommended her to a couple of people. Stuart Smith was equally professional and knowledgeable when it came to the financing. He was able to get my old vehicle traded, and get the overall deal done even though I had some challenges with my credit. He was available for calls and visits to the dealership for me to ask questions. I haven't received this level of service in a really long time. DeAndra and Stuart make a great team. You should be proud to employ them both. More

I may not have bought a brand new car, but the empoyees definitely made me feel like I did, and shared in my joy of finally owning my own car once again. I felt so welcome and well taken care of! Marji Duncan was a joy to work with during the purchase of our new RAV4. She was very responsive to our online inquiry and actually sent us a personal email as a follow-up. Each day that we were talking to other Toyota dealers, Marji was always the one with the first response, with the most complete answers, and with the best price for "out the door". I cannot stress enough the importance of having ALL of the prices so you know what the total price will be. We drove over 100 miles to meet and work with Marji. We have two Toyota dealers within a 25 mile radius of home, but after talking to Marji and reviewing the numbers with her, we knew we needed to drive to Richmond. Marji took the time and the extra effort to get the specific details that we requested. No other dealership / salesperson did this. Other sales people just threw a price over the fence to us. Marji took the time to be very specific and very competitive on the quote. There were no surprises when we reviewed the numbers with Marji, and the price we were told was the actual one we paid!!! Marji is very personable and professional. Others can learn from her. Our conversations were comfortable and very polite. The conversation centered around getting us what we needed. We knew Marji was working in our best interest to explain and provide value for our money. More
Overall my experience with Haley and Jim Z. was fantastic. I found Jim to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he was able to provide plenty of options for my budget. However, we think it is unfortunate that you have a man as a business mgr., who works on the very important portion of the sale--the loan--who it is VERY difficult to understand and works a little too hard at selling extras such as insurance, special coatings, etc. etc. But, the main complaint is being able to understand him. For the financing portion of the sale you need someone who has complete command of the English language and can be understood. More
Visited on Friday afternoon with no plan for buying - just starting my search. The gentleman I spoke with explain some of the deals on the new cars. He was long pressure and informative. After making the deal, I did not get pressured to buy more services. The personnel that I talk to were friendly and recognized I did not want any extra. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
