I am a repeat customer at Haley Toyota. During my most recent purchase, both Mr. John Higgs and Mr. Stuart Smith were exceptionaly personable and pleasant to work with. They both went out of their way to find me the best deal. I even recieved a call after I made my purchae from Mr. Smith telling me that he was able to lower my interest rate even furthr, saving me money on monthly payments. This will add up to extraordinary savings over the life of the loan. This was not something that Mr. Smith had to do, but I feel as though he did it as an extra measure to ensure that I recievd the best possible deal. Without question, one of the most amazing examples of customer service that I have ever experienced, in purchasing a new vehicle or otherwise. Our purchase was quick, efficient & hassle-free. We obtained a price via the Consumer Reports Zagat program. We were contacted by Marji Duncan who described the vehicles which were in stock at Haley. They had what we were looking for so we traveled the 2 hour trip that evening. We arrived at 7PM. We were met by Marji shown the vehicle and took a test drive. We returned to the dealership & completed the necessary paperwork. Marji had done much of the paperwork ahead of time which helped streamline the process when we arrived. We obtain financing Toyota Financial by working with the head of the finance department Stuart Smith. He was very quick, knowledgeable and honest. We were out of there with our new vehicle by 9:45PM. Normal closing hours for Haley are 9Pm but the staff did not seem to mind working the extra time to complete our deal. It was a very pleasant & satisfying purchase. More
