My Toyota was in the body shop due to fender scraping. My insurance paid for most of the damage but the remaining balance was for me to pay. I was not planning to pay with a personal check, but to have someone tell you could not pay with a personal check that was so demeaning to me. They did not know me at all. I have not bounced a check so I do not know the reason. I will not use Hadley Toyota on Midlothian Turnpike for future care of my car. More

From the moment we first met Sean on the lot at Haley, I knew I had the most knowledgeable and friendly car salesperson who would guide me through the car buying process. Sean was helpful, friendly, and patient as I asked several questions throughout the entire process from reservation of my vehicle to delivery. Car “stuff” is high on my list of things that cause me stress and anxiety, but Sean kept me cool, calm, collected and laughing the entire time. I absolutely love my vehicle, and that is in large part to the incredibly seamless and easy car buying process facilitated by Sean and the Haley team! More

We purchased a 2019 highlander and a 125,000 mile 10 year bumper to bumper warrenty in full in August of 2019. Yesterday, after my car stopped working in the middle of the road, we found out our warrenty bumper to bumper warrenty in full in August of 2019. Yesterday, after my car stopped working in the middle of the road, we found out our warrenty was apparently canceled in June of 2021… which would have required us to go into the location and physically sign for it to be canceled… Yesterday, Haley Toyota said they couldn’t find the physical paperwork but would get on the situation first thing in the morning. Well by noon today, I had no answer so I went personally to Haley Toyota. As of noon today when I went into the location in person… Haley Toytota has produced no signature for this cancellation, hasn’t provided a day for a check dispursement or an account the funds went into. When I went in today to figure things out with all my bank statements of June - Aug of 2021, my calendar proving all my appointments for June of 2021 (as I was very pregnant in June of 2021) hoping to find out this apparent date of signature and compare against my calendar (so I could prove my whereabouts if necessary), and my proof of purchase and identity, I was told that the ONLY person who help me was convienently out today. Those present also couldn’t tell me when this ONLY person would be avalible. So no contact first thing this am by anyone regarding my warrenty, and then I was told I couldn’t be helped when I came in with the burden of proof. Yesterday I was believing there was a clerical mistake that could be easily worked out… today, without contact and refusal to provide assistance…. well… I am worried this may not get worked out easily. Why Haley Toyota didn’t get zero / 1 star… Kevin was a great sales person to work with and the service department has always been willing to explain work on my vehicle fully! More

There are only two words that you need to know about Haley Toyota of Richmond. "Sean Jones" Simply put he is the reason we crossed the river past 2 other Toyota dealerships and got our new Tundra Haley Toyota of Richmond. "Sean Jones" Simply put he is the reason we crossed the river past 2 other Toyota dealerships and got our new Tundra through Haley. He is the most caring, compassionate, situational and honest salesman we have ever met in 30 years of buying vehicles. The market couldn't be any worse but he rises about the nonsense, allocation mess, chip shortages and potential market adjustments and remains cool, calm and collected. If it was not for seeking Sean out after buying a Venza a decade ago I most likely would not have driven an hour to Haley - EXCEPT - at the time of writing this, they have stayed true and are not charging market adjustments over MSRP.
