I had my 2007 Camry serviced on Saturday. I bought it in Virginia Beach and have had it serviced here since I moved to Chesterfield 3 years ago. While waiting, I walked the lot looking at the new Camrys. I went inside and was greeted by Justin. We chatted more than making a sales pitch. I did sit in a 2012 on the showroom floor and noted the upgrades from the 2007. When my car was done being serviced I went to the Lexus dealer and looked at some of their new and used cars. I came back to Haley and Justin after about 2 hours and we talked about trying to get a similiarly configured car in a color other than white. I think they tried and I could have gotten one if I wanted to wait a few more days. I bought the white one and am very pleased. The interior is beautiful. I love the heated leather seats and the back up mirror. This is my fifth Camry and I did own a Tacoma for a few years. Haley has been the best dealer to date. I hope the positive relationship remains. If I had not bought the car, I had a great day chatting with a very nice young man. While I was there for a long time, I had no problem with it as I think they were trying to meet my wishes and I was not impatient. More

First things first. Guy Engle, our sales consultant, did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and for the price he said he would do it for. Such integrity is becoming rare in this day and age. When Finance Manager Patrick Way presented the various financing, warranty and service options there was no pressure applied whatsoever. This made us inclined to seriously consider the various options presented to us. Genuine friendliness and hospitality was shown to us by Guy, Patrick and everyone else we encountered. We felt welcome and not like prey on the plains of Africa, as is often the case when one transacts with an auto dealership. The car was delivered meticulously clean in a well-lit area for inspection, and Guy took time to demonstrate the various features and answer all of our questions so we would not have to fumble around locating controls and what-not on our way home. Guy and Patrick are a credit to this business, and I confidently recommend them without reservation - even if working with them requires a trip. We drove over 100 miles and every mile and minute was worth the investment. And, yes, they were extremely competitive in their pricing - putting the other dealers we considered to shame. Just came home from buying a 2012 Toyota Camry from Haley Toyota. This was the first time I have ever purchased a car and did not feel as though I was being taken advantaged of. I was immediately greeted b Toyota. This was the first time I have ever purchased a car and did not feel as though I was being taken advantaged of. I was immediately greeted by Justin Sechrest with a smile and a hand shake before my husband which was a first ever. Usually when a woman enters a dealership with her husband the sales staff ignore her (me) but not Justin he made it a point to address me first and that was quite nice since I was the one getting a new car. He asked what we were looking for and I was not sure. So he took the time to ask me what was important to me as far as features and then he guided me to an olive green camry which was nice and then he walked me through the additional features which I have to say for a base model was quite impressive - hands free blue tooth on every model camry - love it. Of course I was not sure if that is what I really wanted so he said go ahead and go check out some other vehicles and I will see you in a couple of days - gave me his card and I said ok. So we went to Priority Toyota, Colonial Honda and Whitten Brothers all of which I was not impressed with the cars nor the salesmen - I was ignored by them and they addressed my husband as though I did not exist even though my husband told them I was the buyer not him - there lose and so I went back to Justin who took care of me. The finance experience was even better Stuart Smith had a bit of a challenge since my credit was not the best but he got me done with the payment I wanted and credit interest rate. On top of that I was impressed with his professionalism in getting me done quickly and hassle free see, I had equity in my trade and he did everything possible to get me done so I did not have a ridiculous monthly payment . The haley team was professional and I will be buying again from them. Thanks for getting me into my 2012 Camry!! PS if my friends are reading this see Justin Sechrest and definitely stop by and see Stuart!! More
Treated like royalty until you sign the dotted line, make sure you inpsect the car from top to bottom, if you find any issues after you drive off the lot then your on your own, they will avoid your call back sure you inpsect the car from top to bottom, if you find any issues after you drive off the lot then your on your own, they will avoid your call backs. Told that I would get a great detailed clean car, not true, car not vacuumed properly, windows dirty, etc.. I will not buy another car at this dealership again. I should have expected this from car salemen, they are just out to get your money, no matter how they lie to you. BEWARE! Justin is a lier. More

I'm happy to see others have liked their experience at Haley. I have been taking my Avalon there for service for five years and trusted them completely. However, when it came time for buying ... I went in with firm financial criteria, and told Jose up-front what I would accept. When the vehicles I looked at did not fit into the parameters I had laid out, I left to see if I could change them. The only thing that changed was my trade-in/down payment. Subsequently, I visited a Hyundai dealer and within two hours was quoted a price for a 2012 vehicle, well below my criteria. I thought (erroneously) I owed Haley the opportunity to match that deal since my trade-in/down payment had changed. The preliminary paperwork had been completed on my first visit. Still, it took them two hours to "see what they could do to find financing," and then they only miracously came up with it when I asked for the keys to my trade-in so I could move on with my search. Oh how I wish I had said "no thank you" and walked away. They know I am very unhappy with what I consider an unneccessary long wait, yet no one has contacted me since I've made it known that I thought I was mistreated. In fact, the promises to return my calls have been ignored. The good news is that I like the Avalon I purchased. Unfortunately, I am not enjoying it because every time I get in the car I am reminded of the long - and did I mention unneccessary - wait. More
