I'm happy to see others have liked their experience at Haley. I have been taking my Avalon there for service for five years and trusted them completely. However, when it came time for buying ... I wish Haley. I have been taking my Avalon there for service for five years and trusted them completely. However, when it came time for buying ... I wish I would've walked away. I went in with firm financial criteria, and told Jose up-front what I would accept. When the vehicles I looked at did not fit into the parameters I had laid out, I left to see if I could change them. The only thing that changed was my trade-in/down payment. Subsequently, I visited a Hyundai dealer and within two hours was quoted a price for a 2012 vehicle, well below my criteria. I thought (erroneously) I owed Haley the opportunity to match that deal since my trade-in/down payment had changed. The preliminary paperwork had been completed on my first visit. Still, it took them two hours to "see what they could do to find financing," and then they only miracously came up with it when I asked for the keys to my trade-in so I could move on with my search. Oh how I wish I had said "no thank you" and walked away. They know I am very unhappy with what I consider an unneccessary long wait, yet no one has contacted me since I've made it known that I thought I was mistreated. In fact, the promises to return my calls have been ignored. The good news is that I like the Avalon I purchased. Unfortunately, I am not enjoying it because every time I get in the car I am reminded of the long - and did I mention unneccessary - wait. More

I found everyone to be most courteous and efficient. Within a couple hours I had my new car. Sean really had to hussle to get the paper work completed and the car preped. Sean was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had a very nice, pleasent way about him that made me trust him right away. I trusted his advice and guidance. While Patrick and I were working on the finance details, Sean began moving things out of my Explorer into the 4Runner. Sean is so thoughtful and kind! Sean arranged for the 4Runner to be filed up with gas and cleaned up for me to drive home that night. I LOVE MY NEW 4RUNNER!!!! Sean perfectly nudged me to make a decision but was not pushy. He just has a perfect way about him for me and was just what I needed. More

I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and I have been shopping for a used Toyota Highlander for awhile. Locally there was not a Toyota Highlander that met my wish list. Then my son found an ad online for a 2007 Toyota Highlander for sale at Haley Toyota. We traveled to Midlothian and I found the car that I have been wishing for. My primary sales consultant was Jose M. Gonzalez. Jose demonstrated his abundance of professionalism, his vast knowledge of the Highlander and his awesome personality. Thoroughly, Jose went through the entire sale process with my son and I. Unfortunately, Jose had a death in his family and had to leave for a few days to attend the funeral. While experiencing all the grief of losing a family member, Jose was able to show us the utmost of professionalism and respect. Then our paperwork on the Highlander was given to Sales Consultant, Cedric Edmondson, to finalize. Cedric was wonderful; He gave his undivided attention to our sale and made sure that the sale was complete to our satisfaction. We are doubly blessed to have Jose and Cedric as our sales consultants! Cedric then gave our file to Patrick Way, Business Manager, to complete the financial aspects of the sale. Patrick was amazing; he thoroughly explained everything before I signed on the dotted line. Again, we were blessed! After the deal was completed, we asked if we could wait to pick up the Highlander when Jose returns to work (Which Haley allowed us to do).
