Mike was AWESOME to work with. He was patient, fair, honest and informative. I first came in looking at the new Prius V Crossover and after a week I changed my mind and went to a Venza. On the 2nd visit I had my 8 year old child with me and he was nice to him and was mindful of the time we were taking up and how well behaved he was. Mike was also again, very patient as I was starting to negotiate as I was texting my husband - he was hunting. After I purchased the car (last night), Mike stayed late (his wife was waiting for him in the parking lot) to go over all of the features of the car and even helped me set up the blue tooth phone system. It was a very enjoyable experience and I am very excited about my new car! Next week I come in to get leather seats put in it! Thanks for all the help! More
