My wife and I moved up to Virginia in February from Miami. We had such a terrible experience in Miami that we were very pleasantly surprised to work with Tom to lease our two new Prius cars. We live over an hour away, so we were able to work with Tom via email to have him find the cars we wanted (with a deposit of course). Even though we had emailed several Toyota dealers, Tom was the only one that got back to us and was willing to help us avoid the hassle. We literally just drove in, sat down, signed all the paperwork and were out of there in about 90 minutes. We have a 1 year old daughter so it was great that everything was so quick and easy. Tom, as well as the rest of the team, were extremely friendly and welcoming. We will certainly do business at Haley again when our lease is up. More

I would recommend any one looking for a car to work with Anthony. Our experience was strengthen when we returned the next day to finalize the sale when the general manager, Tim remembered us by our first name. Patrick helped us in the final stage of our purchase and explained to us our options in regards to extended warrenty and other ways to protect our new purchase. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Haley for years to come! Haley knows customer service!!! More

This is a great dealership based on friendly customer service and total satisfaction. Our experience was so great that we are working on buying a second car/SUV. Good guys to work with. I don't remember everybody's name but they were all great. The salesman was courteous, no bs. Dealer acted in a manipulative and deceitful manner to engage customers in trading in cars less than two years old, resulting in loss of equity in the previous vehicle, rushing through paperwork process s engage customers in trading in cars less than two years old, resulting in loss of equity in the previous vehicle, rushing through paperwork process so quickly that errors were made in paying off previous loan. Service department focuses so much on efficiency that the sense of being rushed in and out is unavoidable. This dealership has slid in the past two years from a very positive experience to an extremely disappointing present. More
Our 1st (May 2011) experience about a year ago with Haley (Justin) left me raving about Haley's customer services. The 2nd time in April 2012, we bought another vehicle from then that left me running the oth (Justin) left me raving about Haley's customer services. The 2nd time in April 2012, we bought another vehicle from then that left me running the other direction. I will NOT even consider Haley for my next purchase. Within 2 weeks of the latest purchase, we inquired about trading in for a bigger vehicle ... Salesperson was unresponsive and when responded was vague and did not answer our inquiries. Repeated ignored our direct requests to contact me with information instead of my husband. Sale manager gave false information. "It's the end of the month so we have the biggest deal. If you come in today, I promised you your vehicle won't lose much. Etc.) Finds out "your vehicle won't lose much value" that equaled to about %4,500 loss and the "best-end-of-the-month-deal" is less than 4% of MSRP. While another dealer offered us 1000 more and 9% off!!! .. what a different! So Bye Bye Haley More
This was the second time I have visted this dealership to purchase a vehicle. My first experience was absolutely horrible but I decided to give it another shot. The salesman I worked with was friendly at first, however he wasn't working with me as far as the price and I also wanted to trade my car in as well. Initially he told me I was upside down on my current vehicle and they wouldn't be able to pay it off, therefore I would have to roll the negative equity into my new purchase (about 2k), which was not feasible for me. I threatened to walk away several times, because he was not willing to reduce the price of the vehicle, he called a sales manager over several times, who also wasn't very helpful as far as the price. When I said I would think it over and come back, they insisted I take the vehicle home and then make a decision, I did. I came back with my boyfriend, and he also reiterated that the price was not low enough for us to purchase, Donnell then came back and stated he would now pay my current loan off minus $20. I guess I wasn't as upside down afterall. It's amazing that when I brought a man to the showroom he came up with a better offer. The sales manager then came to the desk with 'comparables' from other dealerships, however they were all more than 150mi away. His point was that I wouldn't be able to find the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Donnell then said 'You are looking at the wrong car for the price that you want', I found that highly offensive. They then tried to get me to settle for a Camry with ZERO options, I wanted a Honda, fully loaded. Needless to say I left the dealership empty handed. The very next day Donnell called and I told him that I had found a Honda about 30min away (not 2hrs away funny how I didn't see that comparable) at the price I wanted and with all the options I wanted, he said okay and then slammed the phone down. I ended up purchasing the car from another dealership, and they paid off my current loan with ABSOLUTELY NO qualms about it. Consequently, I will write an excellent review for that dealership. I will never step foot inside a Haley dealership again. Worst experiences ever. Shop here if you desire high pressure, misleading sales tactics. More
We traveled over an hour to get to this dealership and we would do it again for our next vehicle purchase. We had a GREAT experience here! We got the Truck I wanted at a great price.
