I had been car searching for several weeks before I visited Haley Toyota. I met with Diane Clark, and immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her. He did a little research to make sure he had the vehicle we were looking for on the lot and then invited us into the dealership. When we arrived, he had the Rav4 waiting for us for a test drive. As we drove he told us all about the vehicle. When we got back, he went over the price and when we were both happy, the papers were signed! He had the vehicle cleaned up and filled the gas tank while we did our financing. Before we left, Justin went over the vehicle again. He made sure we knew how to work everything and then he programmed our phones with the Bluetooth. After that we were very happy to be driving home in the Red Rav 4 we had hoped to find! Once arriving at Haley Toyota Jason Cattie was jolly on the spot and ready to help us make our selection without pushing one thing or another but firmly keeping us on track for the right deal. He asked me what price range I was trying to get to and actually came back with a deal better than I asked for. Jason introduced my wife and I to Stuart Smith and he dleivered me a financing deal that really fit my budget and we did not have to cut out the things we need as fas as warranty coverage and pioece of mind. My wife and I moved up to Virginia in February from Miami. We had such a terrible experience in Miami that we were very pleasantly surprised to work with Tom to lease our two new Prius cars. We live over an hour away, so we were able to work with Tom via email to have him find the cars we wanted (with a deposit of course). Even though we had emailed several Toyota dealers, Tom was the only one that got back to us and was willing to help us avoid the hassle. We literally just drove in, sat down, signed all the paperwork and were out of there in about 90 minutes. We have a 1 year old daughter so it was great that everything was so quick and easy. Tom, as well as the rest of the team, were extremely friendly and welcoming. We will certainly do business at Haley again when our lease is up. More
