Brendan worked very hard to accomodate me with my disabilities. His information about the products etc was wonderful!!! Coming from Charlottesville, VA this was a little trek to get to but well worth the drive. I went in specifically for a 2013 Scion tC and Brendan and Stuart helped me get the car I wanted. Brendan met me outside with a smile, was very genuine and nice to me and my mom who came for support LOL. My experience with the staff of Haley Toyota and the quickness of getting the vehicle (2 1/2 hrs) was excellent!!! I will and have recommend my coworkers and friends in the market for a new car or even a used one to go to Haley Toyota! Thank you again everyone at Haley Toyota and thank you Brendan and Stuart!! Went in to purchase a new 2013 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab at Haley Toyota in Midlothian and met with Tom Scott. After going over exactly what I wanted Tom was able to find me the perfect truck with all the at Haley Toyota in Midlothian and met with Tom Scott. After going over exactly what I wanted Tom was able to find me the perfect truck with all the options I requested and gave me a fair price. I couldn't be happier with my experiance at Haley. They made the purchase easy and fast. I would definatly recommend them and Tom Scott in particular for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

We live 120 miles away from the dealership, and were making arrangements with the "sales champion" the entire week prior to the visit. He could not even let us know about the vehicle when we got there. He could have at least told me that he sold it, gave it away, crushed it, SOMETHING, prior to me wasting my time coming all that way to be faced with a salesman who was unprepared for our visit. Mr. sales champion of the month even knew the hour of our arrival, as I kept him aware of our departure time from home and anticipated arrival time at the dealership. When we arrived, thats when all the confusion started. First, his manager had the truck, then, his other manager had the truck, finally, it was figured that, the truck must have been sold. Or was it? He couldn't even tell me the difference between the two different engine options on the vehicle. He did a poor job on his homework, I am amazed that this guy is selling cars for a dealership. He should be selling something else, somewhere else. He had a stain on his jacket, really bad cigarette breath and the charisma of a three toed sloth. The absolute worst experience in 25 years of buying vehicles, ever. If I were looking for a vehicle, I would choose another salesperson. The dealership seemed ok, but Eric was dishonest and deceitful.........NOT COOL. More
Due to arthritis in my knee, it had become painful for me to work the clutch in my car and pickup truck. It was clear that I needed to switch to an automatic, but being retired, I needed a deal that would no to work the clutch in my car and pickup truck. Searching the internet, my wife found a pickup truck at Haley Toyota in Midlothian, VA that looked like it would meet our needs. I called the dealership and set up an appointment to see the truck. Explaining my objective to salesperson Anthony Gray, he listened carefully and quickly zeroed in on my needs. After I test drove the truck that I had seen advertised on the internet, Anthony recommended a nearly new (about 7500 miles) pickup truck. I test drove the truck and liked it, and we were able to make a deal. The rest of the team at Haley helped to expedite the whole sales process and we were soon on our way home in our new truck. We were able to complete the transaction in less than 24 hours from when we first set foot in the dealership. I have bought and sold quite a few vehicles in my lifetime, but this was the best experience I've ever had. Having owned and driven the new truck for a few days now, it's apparent that Anthony understood my needs better than I did - this truck is perfect for me! More
Tom and the management group at Haley worked with me over a period of almost two months before we finalized the deal on a 2013 4Runner. I shopped the price and called several dealerships in the Mid Atlantic and could not find a dealer that was as competitive and customer friendly as the Haley Toyota people. I purchased the car from Tom Scott and the morning I called him he took the car to get it filled with gas, had it washed and detailed etc. and made sure that when I came in the deal was as seamless as possible, all of this on his day off! I was amazed that he would take the time from his family to make sure I was satisfied and that there were no last minute hiccups. I drove over 90 miles, one way, to make this deal, it was well worth my time! More

Adam took the time with a hard disciminating customer like myself . I had a budget and knew what I wanted. Problem with me was my credit . I had filed bankruptcy 2 years ago due to owning a construction company in a bad economy and no one would give me the time of day to help re-establish credit. Adam worked with me in my budget areas and Stuart made the financing happen so I was happy. I never expected a rate as low or payments in my guideline. I thought it was impossible for me to be happy and not have to jump thrugh hoops buying a vehicle. Adam and Stuart care. Yes they want to sell cars but they care. Overall my experience was great. They have a customer for life. My father-in-law was with me through the process and has a Toyota. Haley Toyota is where he will do business now for maintenance and all his Toyota needs. I was a Dodge man but Haley Toyota has changed that due to my great experience and their great employees. More

The gentleman asked me if I needed help and I told him I was looking for Justin and then he paged Justin. When Justin came to his desk he was very nice and appropriate. He listened to my needs and wants that I wanted in a vehicle. He informed of special deals that were going on and I ended up with a brand new 2012 Toyota Corolla. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car either used or brand new because they give you that feel good environment. More

When you are flat out told 'I don't need to make a sale to you because we are the most popular Toyota dealer in Virginia.' you tend to get a little discouraged. Also, we had done our research, very thoroughly mind you. And we knew that the majority of the things being said about Toyota and the other makes, were straight lies. Needless to say, we left and went to another dealer and were killed with kindness. And they also got a sale out of us. More
