At delivery we experience nice shoulder-to-shoulder support in paring devices and using all the electronics/apps. Everything they do has been about making us, the customer, feel right and partnering with us to get what we came for. It is not a place where you have to be 'on the other side' trying to convince someone of what should be taking place; or worse, getting pressure to do something you don't want to. They have a nice facility. Always clean and welcoming staff where there is a culture of moving things smoothly. This is the way car buying experience should be.
