Worst experience We saw a 2005 BMW SUV on the website and went to the dealer. Horrible experience. The vehicles 2 back tires were flat, dirty inside, and salesman was We saw a 2005 BMW SUV on the website and went to the dealer. Horrible experience. The vehicles 2 back tires were flat, dirty inside, and salesman was not helpful. When asked what can be done so we can test drive his comment "We just got the vehicle two days ago, no we can't fix it for you but you can still buy it." When asked why does the pictures show tires inflated and come in and test drive. Comment "don't know I just work here." Another salesman walked by and we ask about the condition his comment "I don't know what to say." No manager was on the premises. Went to Haley used car lot next door there was a lady who handed a list and said "go look but I'm the only person so may not be much help." We walked around talking and the next used car dealer salesman overhead us. He listened to what we were looking for showed us three vehicles, allowed us to test drive one, and even made a better recommendation on a fourth one that meet our needs to put a huge dog create, newer model, less milage, better gas mileage, and even lower the price. All meeting the needs for our non-profit organization. Haley you lost a sale. More

Great Experience but have your documentation ready! They will pre-approve you on the phone and tell you they will have everything ready for you so it won't take long.
