Albert Lee and Mike Cassidy provided a "Knock your socks off" experience with my recent purchase of a used car for my daughter at Haley Toyota. I have avoided dealership-run used car lots since my last experience 10 years ago, which was a huge hassle. Haley Toyota and this sales team have turned that on its head! Albert Lee is a great sales consultant. He worked with my price-point, offered good options from his stock and let the vehicles sell themselves. As advertised, Haley's pricing was several hundred under Blue Book, and the value offered at that price was exceptional. And they gave us the first oil change, tank of gas, and lifetime safety inspections for free! The financing and paperwork phase was also exceptional. Though I had a prequalified loan from my credit union, Mike Cassidy offered financing that was just as good, and was able to include a superior vehicle warantee program well within my monthly payment limit. Mike really has the process down, and we got all the information we needed and the explanations required by law in a clear, thorough yet efficient process. This was my daughter's first car-buying experience. Haley's was the fourth dealership we had visited (to include Car Max). What really stood out was how Albert and Mike respected my wish and directed the sales process to my daughter so that she could make the decisions and really learn from them. Albert worked with me in a consultative manner that did not feel as though we were engaged in a process where one of us was a winner and one of us was a loser. Throughout the car-buying process, I felt that Albert truly viewed his job as helping me to find what i wanted and not just selling me a car. In today's market, that makes all of the difference. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and even when I appeared to be waffling on what i really wanted to do, he stepped back and allowed me to get my bearings. I had visited another dealership looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. The customer service was not great so I left. I rode by Haley Toyota to look at their inventory. I purchased a Toyota Camry vehicle for my daughter. The customer service was not great so I left. I rode by Haley Toyota to look at their inventory. I purchased a Toyota Camry in 2004 from there. I was immediately greeted outside by a gentleman who was friendly. He introduced himself as Albert and assisted me. I told him what I was looking for and he didn't have much inventory there in my price range without financing, but he invited me to come in and he searched his other locations. He went beyond the call in my eyes because he went the extra mile to see if he could locate a vehicle under 6,000 for me. He was patient and I didn't feel pressured at all. He found me a vehicle at the hull street location. He offered to go pick it up and have it ready for me to drive the following day. I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time to do a test drive that day. I came in the next day and I kept the car overnight. Albert encouraged me to see how I liked the car and if I didn't he would help me get someting I liked. It was great!!!!! I had it checked out and purchased it. I work in customer service and Albert was exceptional in that area. He communicated with me every step of the way. It was great to see my satisfaction being taking care of over the fact that he wanted to sell a car. You don't find that much these days. Most people only want a sale and if your not buying there attitudes change. I took the survey, but I think you should add exceptional to your choices. Alfred displayed that in customer service and friendliness. Thanks Albert you made the process easy and I was able to get a great car.
