We went into hagerstown Ford looking for a vehicles our sales person mike griffin told us the only vehicles we would be able to get was trail blazer that they had he never mentioned any thing that was the matter with it so we went a head a purchased the vehicles the next day we found out the transmition went out and half of the dash lights do not work it doesn't have the right gas cap its missing a piece of the door handle cover an the passenger seat cover is broke so we took it back to get fixed it took about a month to get our vehicles back an the only thing they did was the transmition we would keep calling in to check up on it an the service management told ous they lost our paper work an they had no way if getting a hold of us we have already took it back two other times to get the rest of the stuff fixed that was suppose to of been done the first time an when we picked up our vehicles two days ago nothing was done at all the lights still don't work an they never got the part for the door handle its way tonight stuff to write

Another thing is I called an called left messages an they never called us back an Chris reed the finance guy was suppose to send 50 dollars to the people that recommend us to hagerstown ford an he never did I even told the manager an mike reed about the finance guy not sending the 50$ an they didn't even do anything about it. The way I see it is they are only out for there self an as soon ad you leave the lot with your vehicles they don't want anything else to do with you because they got there money

If you don't mind I am going to bring your issues at a meeting with all the managers on Monday. Is that ok? As far as the $50.00 to for a referral we pay those all the time, so I don't think it was done intentional. Would you mind if I work on this for you as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction! We do appreciate your business and we take care of our customers after the sale. Every vehicle has a 30 day or 1000 mile limited powertrain warranty. This was how we were able to fix the transmission. As far as the other issues by chance at time of sale did you get a "We Owe" that mentioned fixing the other items you mentioned?

Yes that is great because I would really like to know why we were treated this way.my patents were the ones who recommend us to ford an they never receive anything, the other issues that the trail blazerhad, had been brought to the manager attention an even mike reeds attention and they said there were going to order the parts for us but they still have not called us about anything, no one from hagerstown ford ever said anything to us about "we owe" iam not sure what that is

We just got off the phone with them an they tried to tell is are warranty was just about over when we had the transmissions fixed we only had the vehicles for two days so if they just don't want to wast there time an fix what's wrong with this vehicles them I will be putting a large article in the paper about how everything was handled an how we were treated iam tired of dealing with this vehicles having problems an them pretty much sayin o well

Well wouldn't you say that I have delivered on everything I said I would? I understand your frustration and as you can tell that your business is very important to us. As far as the warranty went remember it was by a date or mileage. We are going to do what we can to help. Also the check has been cut and going out in the mail today!

Yes you have an only you I wish it wasn't this big of a hassles to just get these things fixed that is all we asked for the service people told us they would fix the dash lights but they never did an that was brought to there attention when we took the vehicles in for the transmissions an that was only two days after we had it so I know all that stuff was under warrenty an plus if they wasn't going to fix the thing that was messed up with it they should of never told us that everything would be takin care of

I agree with you on that. Sometimes there is a breakdown between service and sales, but that is no concern for you. I am just glad you were able to get a hold of the right person and I have ensured that you are taken care of. I know that you are bringing in the vehicle tomorrow and hopefully everything gets taken care of to your satisfaction.

I hope everything gets takin care of to but they only told us that they were just gong to run a test on it to see why the check engine light is on they didn't say they were going to take care of the other problems. I would really like to see you tomorrow when we bring it in

We have been working with Mr. Fulton on his issues and they have been taken care of. As soon as he is available he is getting his vehicle corrected. Upon completion of the vehicles issues he has assured us that he is going to update his review of Hagerstown Ford and that he was taken care of and feels different about his original post!
