The sales department was excellent but the service department has a lot to improve.I believe when you have a time to come in to get an oil change and rotate tires it should not take over two hours. Just an unbelievable team dedicated to new car sales and the service of that vehicle for years to come. Some of the most genuine and nicest people you will ever meet in their industry. I find myself always taking a moment to look around when I need a new car, and then ultimately saying to myself that service will be important and I know Where they do it right so for that reason, I always return to Haag because of the service that I will get from Haag Ford Knowing they will be willing to go above all else, and therefore, in the end , I go back to Ford to purchase my new vehicle.
