I was shopping for a new Bronco over the internet using AutoTrader. A couple dealers had similar vehicles at a lower price but those suddenly became unavailable when I seriously inquired. Another dealer tried to ignore the advertised price and sell it without the advertised rebates. Andrew was straight up with the advertised price, had less junk fees than the others, and went completely out of his way to accommodate that I was an out of town buyer. Excellent experience. More

We had an appointment for 2-14-25 regarding a suspected failing alternator and dropped off our Taurus 2-13-25 around 4:00pm. Diagonostic not completed or communicated until 2-15-25 to confirm failing alte failing alternator and dropped off our Taurus 2-13-25 around 4:00pm. Alternator was not in stock so had to be ordered and car was not ready to pick up until the afternoon on 2-16-25. Bottom line is that car pick up was delayed by one day causing logistic challenges by me. More
