My purchase Bought a 2018 Nissian Maurano that had a clean car fax. Drove home found out had been in front end collision took to Nissian $2000 for repairs of damaged sensor and bumper. Called HGreg talked to manager told to bring in. They checked it said drop off we will fix it. Over a week later picked it up drive away and the bumper started to pop back off the sensor light cane back on. Nothing was fixed so what did they do for a whole week? Called and was left on hold manager never picked up. Very disappointed in this transaction. Feel lied to More

I fell in love with a 2015 Pathfinder that had *all* the premium features at an unbelievable price! When I arrived, the car was exactly as I had hoped and made the decision to purchase easy. Jose was very helpful and patient as we played "car seat tetris" to make sure I could comfortably fit 2 car seats in the backseat. Marcos entertained my toddler by talking with her and putting Mickey Mouse on one of the computers. Once we realized we did not have a manual, he made sure we got one and sent it overnight to us. Everything was very organized and professional in the dealership. One thing you could evaluate is the final step. Payment. Standing at a little window in a hallway with only a 4”x6” board to write a check on while hanging on to a purse and folder of materials was very awkward. We bought a Mercedes last year at their dealership and all that was done in an office with us sitting at a desk. It’s the last part of the process...so you might want to make that a more positive experience...otherwise, all was good and we love the car. So thank you! As a sidebar, i don’t know the name of the one guy at the gate i think, that helped sync my phone through Bluetooth. Even though Manny finally did it, this guy was very friendly and eager to help us. Please ask Manny for his name. I gave the 2 other guys 4s only because we really didn’t deal with them on the long term basis we did with Manny. More
