Sigrid from the on site insurance company (Florida one) was also very professional and didn't stop searching until she got us the best insurance coverage deal. Again, an overall and extraordinary buying experience!!! Traditional car buying is finally getting obsolete. This is how all car dealerships should be treating their customers. Overall great experience Joel, my sales person, was amazing to work with. And once I got to the finance office, that experience with Johny was quick and easy. However, en route to the final closing, they didn't work well with my credit union at all. Not happy with the (cleanliness) condition of the car upon delivery. And when taking delivery, there was an insurance desk where they demanded that I call my insurance company to update my purchase on the spot. Unacceptable - never been ordered to do that in my history of buying vehicles. More
