I had a issue with the one vehicle I was interested in he assured me if I bought the car it would be taken care of. Camilo called me the next day after the vehicle was fixed told me that the service manager drove it and said it was fixed. He then stated that he would go for a drive and did assure me it was taken care of. Also I came from 2 hours away and they close at 9pm they stayed late until about 11:30pm to see we could get the deal done. Shany the financing manager was very friendly and help us out tremendously even gave us tips on gap and warrantys. Over very happy with the buying experience. More

We purchased a used vehicle and they made every effort to make us the customer happy. After leaving the dealership, we noticed a few minimal problems with the vehicle. Staff was very accommodating and fixed the problems. Customer service is lacking at normal stealerships. Not here. I will be recommending hgregg to everyone I know. More
