WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS PLACE IS What a nightmare this place is ,was in the Orlando location, wish I would have checked out the reviews on there Doral Miami, which is there corporate What a nightmare this place is ,was in the Orlando location, wish I would have checked out the reviews on there Doral Miami, which is there corporate location for there Fla. stores hundreds and hundreds of stories about how people we're ripped off, if that is the corporates core way of doing things then the whole company stinks there is NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO, YOU WILL GET NO SATIFACTION NO MATTER WHAT, our salesman name was Mike and the Manger Jorge Nevarez and the finance Director Nelson Yecora , I found a car fell in love took it for a test drive the only one I tested and bought it and paid in full for it and was there the whole day when they brought the car around for me to leave it was not the car I bought they did a bait and switch on me and insisted I give them two more thousand dollars, we would not, they gave us a full refund , there was lie after lie they will deceive you at every point , BEWARE, HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS ,THERE POLICYS AND PROMISES MEAN NOTHING BECAUSE WHEN THEY BREAK ANY OF THEM THERES NO ONE TO TALK TO , THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SATISFACTION UNLESS YOU GET A LAWYER ,THEY WILL WEAR YOU DOWN AND HAVE PROTECTED THEMSELVES , DO YOURSELF AND LOVED ONES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.
