Great if you want a used car Realize that you’re buying a used car “As Is”. Recommend you have it inspected by an independent mechanic (located about a half mile away). Worstest service ever After going threw all the paperwork my car was suppose done from detailing ,over an hour later and asking 3 people what is going on with my car I got After going threw all the paperwork my car was suppose done from detailing ,over an hour later and asking 3 people what is going on with my car I got it undetailed .I go to sit in the car and the TBM light is on now I have to wait for them to check tires .I am driving home and when braking I get a thumping noise a shake in steering wheel .I notify the salesman and I bring the car back the next morning when I am told car needs brakes and rotors and bring the car back on Tuesday which is 3 days later . I return as told (over an hour drive ) and am told that the parts will have to be ordered and I will be notified when they come in .I also showed them a tire on the car that the lettering was worn off evidently after being driven flat ,they agreed that they would change the ONE tire and not the same brand (Michelin) on car ,I asked that the 2 rear tires be changed to I would have proper braking and road grip for the rear .I was told I would have to pay difference .While the person who was helping me I had asked him about a problem with the entertainment and he was about to walk out with me to look at it someone else comes over to him and he leaves me and looks at another car with a problem while I am there watching this for over 30 minutes until he came back to me , This is not an experience I would wish on anyone and the lack of respect. Three days have gone by and I am stilling waiting for a call to have my car fixed and worrying when this tire which obviously has damage will blow out .Who inspects these cars? The list of what they have gone threw and they give you means nothing. The salesman has been trying to work with me to fix these problems. More

Beware of the finance department Great sales, selection, and feel. Clearly satisfied with the initial buying process, car is great. They must sign off and have not done so in the 6 weeks since the cancellation paperwork was returned to them per their request. I followed the process given to me and it's disheartening how I've been treated. Would not finance through them again. More

Torn about this experience There were some good things about out experience. Mostly in the finance dept. If it weren't for Crista, I don't think we would have left with a car. There were some good things about out experience. Mostly in the finance dept. If it weren't for Crista, I don't think we would have left with a car. Although the "manager" of the store, "couldn't" give us any more than $3k for my trade in (supposedly) - she was able to get us twice what he offered. I praise her still for that. Our sales person Alberta, was nice, although b/c of her mistake on our paperwork (she forgot to write in our trade in pay offs), we were there an additional 1.5 hours to "start over" in the finance dept - totaling 8 hours that we were there. I get that everyone makes mistakes. It doesn't make it any easier for us to swallow that pill when we're the ones that pay the price for it. It makes for a long day to have nothing offered of substance to eat and that we had to pay for our waters. Next up, we were told someone would show us how the car worked and explain the features - no one ever offered or even asked if we needed any help in that arena. Cars were supposedly "washed" but whoever did it, did a half-assed job, honestly. It was washed with dirty water - you could see it all over the windows. For a $20k bmw, I'd think you could take the time to make it look nice. Lastly, gas tank was left empty. And I mean, empty. Even OffLease fills your tank. At least they did for us. I'm not sure if we'll come back - don't know if it was worth it yet - we'll see how the car turns out. Buying a car is a torturous adventure, dealerships should be doing everything they can to make it easier on you, not more difficult. More
