Purchased a car in April. It has now been in the shop three times. This time, they can’t figure out the issue but my service engine light is on. They claim to have put in new cabin filters but nope. I live 12 minutes from my job and somehow have put 10,000 miles since. I don’t drive anywhere far, 20 miles or less if that, I’m to the point I think they rolled back the mileages. Extremely frustrating with purchase. After reading review elsewhere, I say run for the hills! More

Sold us a recalled car with a bad transmission. Tried reaching out and they are ignoring us because they know what they did. They don’t answer calls or emails they will just send you to a voicemail and never call back and dodge you. So shady in my opinion. Very bad customer service. I WOULD REALLY RESEARCH before buying a car here. If you’re smart you’ll look someplace else. More
