I had an excellent experience working with Elianis Diaz at HGreg, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the beginning, Elianis was friendly, professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Bu at HGreg, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the beginning, Elianis was friendly, professional, patient, and extremely helpful. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you have a lot of questions and want to make sure you’re making the right decision, but she never made me feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me through the process, and made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. What impressed me most was her attitude and the way she treated me throughout the purchase. She was responsive, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to care that I was happy with the truck and comfortable with the deal. I’m very happy with my new Ram, and Elianis was a big part of making the experience a positive one. If you’re shopping at HGreg, I would absolutely recommend asking for Elianis Diaz. She is a great salesperson and a real asset to HGreg. Five stars without hesitation! More
