The salesperson was pleasant and patient, assisting me thoroughly as I selected my vehicle. However, the financial side of the transaction raised some concerns that I believe potential customers should be aware of. The initial price of the vehicle was $23,000, but with all the added fees and services, my total loan escalated to $35,000. Here’s a breakdown of the additional charges: Pre-Delivery Fee: $1,299 Electronic Registration Fee: $899 Ally Gap Coverage: $1,200 Alpha Warranty Protection: $4,681 (I opted for this comprehensive bumper-to-bumper coverage, anticipating it might benefit resale value in the future.) Anti-Theft Protection: $799 Elite Protection Plan: $1,495 (This was required by HGreg, not optional.) Sales Tax: $1,600 County Tax: $50 Sales Tax on Ancillary Products: $488.25 Doc Stamp Taxes: $124.95 I am sharing this to keep potential buyers informed, as I suspect not everyone is charged uniformly. If anyone notices any discrepancies that could suggest legal recourse or a way to recover some costs, please let me know. I feel taken advantage of and will ensure my review remains visible to aid others. More

I spent all day going back and forth with finance when I was ready to walk out and try another dealer they wanted to work with me. We agreed on a deal did all the paperwork and that was that. I got in the car it was cleaned but not clean. So I sent it back to be “detailed” again. All they did was soak everything in the cleaner and send it back out. Agin I was sick of the xxxxxxxx so I realized I was going to have to waste my weekend cleaning the car correctly. After reviewing the contract the cars sales price is $3,000 more than what was listed. I was forced into purchasing their warranty for $1,599 they said all the vehicles they sell have the warranty and it is not optional. So here I am putting 11k down on a 32k car and still having a 29k loan at the end of the deal. They are just as bad or worse then all the other dealers xxxx all dealerships buy your cars cash private party! More

When i got the car back after finishing my purchase, the sign was still there. i took it to the dealership on Monday and requested that it be looked at. they didn’t even look at the car yet they told me all that i needed to do was reset it. That same night the car broke down on me as i was driving on the highway. I had to pay for lyfts, miss work and all types of stuff. Now i am now back at the dealership in order to get a new car and am being told i have to go through the whole approval process over again. This dealership has wasted and taken so much of my time and money that i feel like leaving a 1 star review is not enough. this place can go to xxxx. More
Absolutely Horrible Experience — Avoid HGreg at All Costs I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of HGreg. While our salesman was great, the rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare r Costs I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of HGreg. While our salesman was great, the rest of the experience was an absolute nightmare riddled with unethical practices, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. First, they added a non-optional “Elite Protection Package” for $1,500 — an outrageous hidden fee disguised as an add-on that we had no choice but to pay. Despite this, we proceeded with the purchase, even knowing the car’s AC wasn’t working. They assured us it was a simple Freon issue and gave us a written promise to fix it. Getting them to honor that promise was a battle. Calls went unanswered, voicemails ignored, and after countless attempts, they finally scheduled an appointment. I was told the repair would take a couple of hours, so I took time off work. Upon arrival, they informed me it would actually take three days — and since they don’t work weekends, I was left without transportation and no assistance from them to get a loaner. When I eventually dropped the car off, they changed their estimate from three days to a week. After finally getting the car back, it overheated on the way home. Once again, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for days. When I finally reached someone, they arranged a tow and claimed to fix the issue — but just three days later, it overheated again. This time, they told me they would assess the issue and call me — but never did. After chasing them down in person, they claimed a coil needed to be ordered and that it would take another week. When I asked for help arranging alternate transportation, I requested to speak to a manager. Instead, I was met by someone who wasn’t even a manager and was told they wouldn’t fix the car because it “wasn’t promised,” since it was no longer considered an AC issue. They simply told me to take it elsewhere. To top it off, when I returned to retrieve my car, they couldn’t even find my key for an hour. I ultimately had the car looked at by another mechanic who quickly determined that HGreg had failed to properly “burp” the system, meaning air was trapped — a simple fix that should have been resolved from the start. This company is deceptive, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend HGreg to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. More

Buyer beware! !! Purchased a car and according to their policy any deficiencies noted during the test drive and 5 days after would be repaired free of charge. The c !! Purchased a car and according to their policy any deficiencies noted during the test drive and 5 days after would be repaired free of charge. The car needed an alignment and pulled to the left the salesman Jose said he would note it and get it repaired. Feeling confident they would stand behind their policy we proceeded to purchase the car. Again being told we had 5 days from the day of the sale to have the vehicle inspected for issues we took it to the Kia dealership the following day. The dealership found three additional issues. I sent all the info to the salesman who again said no problem we will get this taken care of. Since this occurred I've called 5 times without anyone returning my calls. The last time I spoke with a supervisor who "transferred" me to the service department. The phone rang until it disconnected. HGREG is not affiliated or registered with the BBB and I can see why now. They are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. More

This was probably the worst car buying experience of my life. Here is the story: We found a car we liked on Car Gurus. They connected us to a car dealer, HGreg.com in Orlando, and set up a visit there. We received numerous follow up texts from HGreg confirming our appointment; we even received a price reduction update a couple of days prior to our scheduled visit. We drove 2 hours to the dealership just to find out that the car had left their lot three weeks before. We were understandably upset and frustrated. The car salesman and his manager told us that this was not their fault because they do not create the listings or the appointments. Indeed, the car salesman (who looked like a kid fresh out of juvie) complained that we were “giving him attitude” when we complained about HGreg’s business practices. Trying to make the best of an awful situation, we tried to look at cares that the Orlando dealership would be able to ship in from somewhere else. That’s when we found out that HGreg, besides the ubiquitous $899 “filing fee” (which everybody knows is bogus and pure dealer profit), adds on a suite of vehicle “protection” services to the tune of over four thousand dollars. The car salesman swore that he could not take these additions off because they “had already been applied to the car.” The car we looked at was ultimately over $10k more expensive than what it had been listed for on their website. That’s when we left – knowing that this was not a place where we would like to buy a car – ever! I am still at a loss for words as to how horrible the experience was. It felt sleazy and dishonest. The staff showed very little respect for us as clients and for fair sales practices in general. Apparently, the car we came to the dealership for, the one that had left the lot 3 weeks earlier, is still listed on HGreg Orlando’s website as of today. More
BAIT & SWITCH! ! They had a great deal car on their website and I called TWICE to ensure it was still available and was told it is still on the lot. Drove 45 minute ! They had a great deal car on their website and I called TWICE to ensure it was still available and was told it is still on the lot. Drove 45 minutes to get there after about 20 minutes the salesperson and his manager told me there was a missing the system and the car was sold. However, they had plenty of other cars to show me. I got up an walked out. Never going back to this place! More
