Once I travelled home, I realized that the passenger remote mirror did not work to adjust or to close. I realize that it was an “as is” purchase and will have to pay for the repairs. I was also only given one key fob requiring me to purchase an additional one for nearly $500. Additionally, the hard working prep folks had to use inadequate hand tools to remove license plates taking considerable time. Not a way to get referrals on customer loyalty. More

I noticed an issue with my vehicle and they are currently in the process of fixing it. I will definitely recommend HGreg and especially Chuck and Alexander to anyone looking to buy a car. Suggestions: The delivery of the car could be improved; after I signed all the documents, it took over an hour to get the car. I was surprised that the car only had a quarter tank of gas when it was given to me; in my opinion, it would be better if HGreg charged $50 more and give a full tank to each customer. Also the delivery crew was great , they took my old tag and epass and made sure everything was ok and I was off, my kids are coming of age to buy a car in the next two years and I will be there !!
