I found the vehicle I purchased online; the information provided was accurate, which made the process as quick as could be. The staff worked together to help me remember all of the things I should inspect the vehicle for to ensure I would be happy with the purchase after I left. They were also very friendly and accommodating. If I am ever in the market for a vehicle again, I will definitely return. I don’t like wasting my time, and these guys definitely made sure that was not the case. Their business model works in favor of their customers and just about everyone here hustles to please. More

Marcos is very knowledgeable about the vehicles (very upfront) and we ended up trading in our 2009 Cadillac for a 2016. We couldn’t be more excited. We actually went in looking at a Mercedes but the Cadillac was a much better find and buy. Also visit Crista S in financing/titles she was great!! More

I would have appreciated a little better time management; our trade could have been appraised while we test drove other cars, and the one we picked could have been cleaned while we did our paperwork-to save some time. Amazing place to buy a car When I first walked into the dealership I had already had the car I wanted picked out. One of my girlfriends and her husband had recommended I go here When I first walked into the dealership I had already had the car I wanted picked out. One of my girlfriends and her husband had recommended I go here and see Manny. I am so glad that I did. He was extreamly nice and patient with me. We went on our test drive and came back at that point I had decided that ok this is a nice car let’s see about getting it. That’s when I met sweet Crista to discuss my loan. As we were talking she could tell I was a little indecisive about the car. (My heart was set on another car, but I really didn’t want my payment to be too high.) That’s when she asked me if I was sure this was the car I wanted because we want to make sure your happy. I then asked a few questions and she was unsure of the answers so she went to get Nelson. As he was taking to me he could also tell I was a little hesitant about this car. He asked me if I had another one in mind and I told him yes. They both recommended Idrive the other one and then come back and let them know which one I liked best. They said all they would have to do is switch the paperwork. So I test drove the car I had my heart set on. I told Manny I am glad he is a patient person because I can be difficult to deal with when trying to decide on which car I want. Manny was the one who got both cars for me to test drive. I did not feel pressured into buying a car. He told me to take my time with my decision because he wanted me to be happy with the decision I made. He even told me to park the two next to each other so I could compare them to help make my decision. I had finally decided on the one I originally came in to see. Nelson and Crista were very nice to work with in the loan department. All three of them were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the car buying process. I did not feel pressured by anyone and was able to make a decision I felt comfortable with. I would highly recommend you come see them if you are in the market for a car. They have a nice selection of cars and they are very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. More

At that moment, he immediately started to talk to us about the benefits of buying through HGREG, he was very knowledgeable of the information he was giving us. He also search for the vehicle we were interested in buying, and immediately took us on a test drive. Marcos talked to us about the vehicle, its benefits to us with this vehicle, and how the dealership would be able to help us in getting all the financial deals to buy it. We were very impressed in the way he handle everything, guide us through all the steps, and was very much involved in making sure we were been handled all the way. However, en route to the final closing, they didn't work well with my credit union at all. Not happy with the (cleanliness) condition of the car upon delivery. And when taking delivery, there was an insurance desk where they demanded that I call my insurance company to update my purchase on the spot. Unacceptable - never been ordered to do that in my history of buying vehicles. More

Marcos was very well experienced and professional and most importantly, not pushy. Luis and Karlos from the supervising staff were also helpful and supportive. Crista from the financial department was very professional and went the extra mile to make it a second to none overall experience. Sigrid from the on site insurance company (Florida one) was also very professional and didn't stop searching until she got us the best insurance coverage deal. Again, an overall and extraordinary buying experience!!! Traditional car buying is finally getting obsolete. This is how all car dealerships should be treating their customers.
