Excellent Customer Service & Professional - No Hassle Great experience - only recommendation is that they should deliver the cars with full tank of gas. After I wrote that post the dealership called me and took the vehicle back and refunded me my money.... however I have still been looking for a vehicle of the same type. And guess what... they are still advertising this vehicle to sell after I returned it for the reason listed below and after I showed them Pictures of the extensive corrosion. Also on a side note. When I was returning the vehicle the first paperwork they brought was for a completely different vehicle with a completely different name. Then the following the day I received a call that my Registration and tag were there for pick up. Nobody communicated with each other. So again buyer beware. Find a vehicle from somewhere else. Anywhere else they are in the business of selling and reselling subpar vehicle. In fact I also remember their reasoning was they by used vehicles in bulk and don’t have time to go over them to make sure they are a decent vehicle. Again buy somewhere else!!! I bought a 2010 ford ranger, everything seemed fine until I took it to my mechanic who showed me how they sprayed a black liner underneath to cover up the extensive corrosion. Becauseofthedistance thati lived away from the dealership in Orlando, I was unable to return the xxx ranger due to there 300 miles 3 day warranty. I literally have to replace the entire front end, the entire muffler, and the entire back end. The rims were also sprayed to hide the corrosion on the wheels. I’m literally looking at having to spend 3000 dollars on parts alone and no clue how much in labor due to the extensive corrosion and the added trouble off trying to remove the parts. In no way would I ever recommend going to this dealer and In way would I ever return. Worst experience. Basically I was sold an overpriced lemon. More

Really nice people, great prices, operation needs some work. Salesperson Eddie was great! Very easygoing and patient while I agonized over car choices. I understand that the Jetport location is fairly new, and some inefficiencies are probably normal with a new team, but the entire process took me nearly eight hours. All will agree that’s just too long. I tested three cars and we hit delays right from the beginning. The first vehicle was brought out fairly quickly, but we were unable to conduct the test drive because there were no license plates available, so we had to wait until another customer returned. We were told to pull to the side and wait, but after several minutes passed and we noticed that other cars were leaving for test drives, it was obvious that we’d been forgotten. After returning from the first test drive, I requested two additional vehicles to test and I just got the feeling that the process of requesting and retrieving each vehicle wasn’t running smoothly. While I can’t point to any specific thing, while I was standing outside waiting and watching the operation, it seemed like there was a lot of confusion and delays. I waited longer for the cars to arrive than I thought seemed reasonable based on how many attendants were around and how many other customers were going through the process with me. Once I decided on the vehicle I eventually purchased, Eddie guided me through filling out the required paperwork and credit application very quickly and efficiently. During this process, I ran into something that was very disappointing from a company that is really pushing a message of transparency in their marketing and sales pitch. As Eddie reviewed the financial details of the purchase, I was told for the very first time in the process (a couple of hours in by this point) that there would be a ~$900 “dealer fee”. I’m not shocked that a dealership tacks on fees, but it’s very surprising that this “transparent”, no-haggle, what-you-see-is-what-you-get, dealer is holding back a nearly $1,000 bombshell. You can’t have it both ways guys! Either include the fee in the sticker price, or actually be transparent, and let me know that I’m going to be shelling out a lot more money than I thought when I saw your car advertised. I let it go, though. Still getting a pretty good deal on the car and really starting to get a little weary of how long it’s all taking - but ouch! There goes a lot of my down payment! On to finance. This part was immensely frustrating and unbelievably time consuming. I’m a small business owner and my credit isn’t fantastic at the moment, so I know this wasn’t a slam dunk for them, but it took a very long time (an hour?) to find out that my initial application was going to need some fine tuning. I quite like how updates during the process are sent via text messages, but instead of expediting the process, it felt more like this method allowed the finance processors to “get rid of me” and work on other applications. I’m sure some form of this innovation works very well, but once it became clear that my application was going to take some special handling, the delays between each text message just seemed to spiral out into an hours-long process of waiting and uncertainty. I would have felt so much better about the process if someone had recognized that things were “unraveling” and stayed with me until all the questions were answered, all the correct documents were acquired, and the application was finished. Instead, I spent an extremely nerve-wracking couple of hours waiting on text messages, wondering if this was even going to happen after all this time. Financing secured, we were escorted out to the insurance counter. There was another customer ahead of us that was clearly having some issues and both the women behind the counter seemed pretty busy with that. It took some time for her to let me know she’d be with us momentarily. Once she did get to us, she asked if I had online access to my insurance policy and let me know that I could add my new car that way if I knew how. She offered to do it, but that it would be an additional wait. Once I added my vehicle to my policy, I waited for several minutes to get her attention and when I finally did, she let me know that I needed to send her a verification form. I did so, then waited several more minutes to get her attention again so she could check to see if the document had arrived. She confirmed it had. I waited several more minutes, not knowing what to do next, and eventually interrupted her to ask. She informed me she was done with us and that someone would be bringing our car up so we could leave. We waited another half an hour, the car didn’t arrive and no one let us know what was happening. Eventually I spotted my salesperson, Eddie, across the building and ran over to flag him down. He went and found out that there was some sort of mix up with the detailing process and that the car was being detailed currently. I died a little inside. Eventually the car was brought up and we were informed that we’d been given a complimentary full tank of gas. I was grateful, but so exhausted I couldn’t really even enjoy driving home, especially since it was almost 10:00 PM and home was 70 miles away. Hopefully this information will be helpful in improving HGreg’s overall offering as well as the service experience at the Jetport Dr. location. Sincerely, Jason Sanders More
