Great used car buying experience! Marcos from HGreg in Orlando made my car selection and purchasing experience so comfortable and straight forward. I had been to a couple of dealership Marcos from HGreg in Orlando made my car selection and purchasing experience so comfortable and straight forward. I had been to a couple of dealerships prior to visiting HGreg and none of them demonstrated the care HGreg showed in finding a car that would work for me rather than just trying to sell me something. I know everyone in the car sales business is trying to sell cars but HGreg demonstrated a care for customer satisfaction that is not apparent at any car dealership I have been to. Marcos was attentive and patient as I gave him a general idea what I was looking for. I gave him some stock numbers of cars I was interested in and he showed us all the information available for each, namely the vehicle history and warranty status from carfax. I test drove three of the vehicles and chose a silver Toyota Camry that I am now very happy with. Marcos put some nice finishing touches on the car to make sure it was ready to go including new front tires. Martinez in the shop put the car up on a lift for us so we could properly look at the undercarriage which was in great condition like the rest of the vehicle. Ozkan got us through the purchasing process very smoothly. Great staff and atmosphere. I definitely recommend HGreg for anyone looking to buy a used car in very good condition at a great price. More

Great no-hassel car dealership! I found this dealership online through USAA's car buying app, had never heard of them before but glad I went, you are greeted as you walk in by friend I found this dealership online through USAA's car buying app, had never heard of them before but glad I went, you are greeted as you walk in by friendly receptionists and they even had someone walking around to offer chips and water. Our sales associate Alex Avila was great, very nice guy who took his time telling us about them and explaining how this dealership works, even though they sell the cars as-is looks like it goes through vigorous inspection to make sure it's up to par, there was a blemish we didn't notice at first and Alex worked with us to get it fixed which he didn't have to do so we are very thankful, also we went in pre-approved through our bank but Johny Calle took the time to see if he could find us a better rate and he did! All in all we had a great experience the only thing I complained about was the wait to get the car after paperwork finished - but who isnt ready to go in their new car by then - but it was busy and the guys washing the cars were working hard, I would definitely recommend this place as you'll get a great price on a vehicle and exceptional service!
