Awesome experience I went in to research a few different types of vehicles to find a good fit for what I needed. Met Marcos and he was more than helpful. He had answers I went in to research a few different types of vehicles to find a good fit for what I needed. Met Marcos and he was more than helpful. He had answers to my questions and was knowledgeable about the different options and features for the different makes. While I did spend most of the day there, it was at least a pleasant experience. Started Great, Ended Terribly I had an excellent time purchasing my car with Chuck in orlando, upon purchasing the car and bringing it home, I noticed that a fog light was out, aft I had an excellent time purchasing my car with Chuck in orlando, upon purchasing the car and bringing it home, I noticed that a fog light was out, after opening the hood I also noticed that a headlight was out. I looked over this and simply replaced them, even though I was told that the each vehicle had been meticulously evaluated. After getting home, I locked the car doors and noticed that my two front doors remained unlocked. Being new to the vehicle I attempted to see if this was due to a setting in the cars menu. It wasn’t, I suppose that they not only looked over my cars two bulbs being out but also somehow missed that the front driver and passenger lock actuators where also out. I brought the car back a week later at the managers request. I was told that it would take a bit to evaluate and that the would let me know if it was something that needed to be scheduled to fix or if they could do it that day. I waited for 2 hours before the manager returned to tell me that the where fixing it but that it would take some time (a few hours). I arrived at the dealer that day at 9:30, it was now 11:40. I left the dealer and went to lunch and called around 2 after hearing nothing from the manager or service department. When I called the service department they said it would take til 3PM! it is now 3:30PM, no feedback, no follow up and no car. What a WASTE of a day. More

Simple, Informative, Transparent. We will be back!! I don't know about you but I do not normally like the car buying experience. Like many other experiences when I am spending lots of money, I tend to f I don't know about you but I do not normally like the car buying experience. Like many other experiences when I am spending lots of money, I tend to feel like I am potentially getting ripped off. This makes me feel uneasy and very anxious. Knowing this about myself, I can enter these situations, like buying a car, very guarded and suspicious. Enter HGreg.com and Marcos Gomez, my salesperson. From the beginning, Marcos went to work to ease the car buying process and my pretensions. He may have been unaware of my predisposition, but he was very informative and intuitive. He was able to probably ascertain that my wife and I wanted to have some space as we looked at cars. He gave us space as well as gave us the tools to make an informed choice. What I really appreciated from the whole buying experience at HGreg.com is the information. They make available to you as a consumer Carfax. You can look up every car online and get all the details about that car you want. This made narrowing our search easier and gave us more confidence in purchasing our new car. Marcos is a great listener and was extremely helpful in our search and then very helpful with closing the deal and working with the other staff to finish the car buying process. We even got a great tip from the loan officer on a local bank that provided short-term loans for less than 1%. We got that loan and now my wife has a new (used) car that she loves.
