I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A USED CAR FROM HGreg.com ORLANDO! My daughter bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum with less than 30,000 miles, in mid February 2023 and put down her hard-earned $4, HGreg.com ORLANDO! My daughter bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum with less than 30,000 miles, in mid February 2023 and put down her hard-earned $4,500. A little over 2 months later in mid April, the A/C went out and now she is being told that the repairs will cost her $3,000! The SUV they sold her had been in an accident and they lied and told her the SUV was repaired like new and that there was nothing wrong with it. Matter-of-fact, they told her the car was hit from behind. The SUV looked like it had never been in an accident. But how is it that the A/C was damaged due to an rear-end accident? LIES! They don't even have a service department, so how can they inspect the vehicles and verify that these vehicles that they are reselling, are not lemons? They don't! That is why they sold my daughter this lemon car. The Nissan Dealership where she took her car to, the mechanic in the Service Department told her the repairs to the SUV after the accident were not performed correctly. No one at HGreg.com Orlando is trying to help rectify this situation at all! The manager and General Manager of HGreg.com Orlando told my daughter that it's her problem now. They don't stand behind the vehicles they sell to unknowing consumers. My daughter has reported HGreg.com Orlando to the Better Business Bureau, and filed a complaint with the State General's attorney's office. Next step is to contact a lawyer who handles lemon law cases. We are going to bombard every review site we can and tell her story of how they did her. It's just unscrupulous business practices! I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF HGREG.COM ORLANDO unless you want to take a chance and end up in the similar predicament my daughter is in! More

No recomiendo este dealer, compre una Kia Sedona hace un mes y medio, tenía en choque atrás, la compré con la condición de que la repararan, me dieron una orden de reparación para varias piezas, y al final mes y medio, tenía en choque atrás, la compré con la condición de que la repararan, me dieron una orden de reparación para varias piezas, y al final luego de haber ido 2 veces solo cambiaron una pieza y molestos, y la camioneta presentó otras fallas en tan poco tiempo, bote del líquido del limpiaparabrisas y el aire dejo de funcionar y se intento recalentar… si en solo un mes, el manager es una persona mala educada, solo le importa vender y sacarle el máximo dinero al cliente, no son responsables y no los recomiendo y no vuelvo a comprar un carro con ellos…y los dealer fee altísimos… More
Purchased two vehicles there last year, around May/2022, they do have friendly staff, vehicles are advertised as super cheap but their crazy high fees make it up and the final price will be similar to any o they do have friendly staff, vehicles are advertised as super cheap but their crazy high fees make it up and the final price will be similar to any other dealership, the difference is most of their vehicles are trash, have been on accident or are waiting to break down on you. So far none of my vehicle has brought me any MAJOR issues, but small issues all the time, and the vehicles are both 2020. The reason for my review is actually trying to get some kind of response from them. For each vehicle I purchased a extended warranty that is super expensive and at the end of the day covers nothing. After trying to use the extended warranty on one of my vehicles and being denied I decided I would cancel it. Went to the store to cancel it, brought the cars, the paper work, waited just to be told I could have done by email, they gave me the email of the ladies that take care of those cancellations. Started emailing them about what I wanted to do, they sent me a list of documents I needed to fill it out as well documents of the purchase I needed to upload. On the 26th of November 2022 I sent the email with all the documents they needed, well today is the 18th of April of 2023 and my cancelation was not processed yet by United Car Care, the team at HGREG here and there answer just to say United Car Care hasn't processed yet. It has been 5 months, will they process at all? No one knows. HGREG is not worthy the headache, for the quality of the vehicles and service, if they really had better prices it might be worthy it, but the final otd price is the same as a more serious and respectable dealership, save yourselves the time, money and sanity. More
