Great purchase! We were a little bit skeptical of working with a dealer from out of state. It's hard to be trusting enough to send a big check to someone you've never We were a little bit skeptical of working with a dealer from out of state. It's hard to be trusting enough to send a big check to someone you've never met, but Pedro lived up to every thing he committed to! Pedro was a great salesman, who worked with a third party inspector we sent in (because the deal was just too good to be true!) and got us through the process quickly so we could get on the road home with our purchase. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating and a delay of 7 months was that the dealer did not fill out the paperwork for title and licensing properly for a vehicle that required not-standard plates due to GVWR. As such we had to do some hoop jumping at our state's DMV and only just received title, about 5 months later than expected, with a little bit of unnecessary stress. However, we definitely want to give Pedro kudos- we could tell he was extremely busy, but not only made us a priority when we were at the dealer, but followed up with us many times to be sure everything went well on our drive home and beyond. He truly cares about our experience and it showed! More

I had already received a friendly email response, I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Eddie (Gordo) and he took care of my purchase and guided me throughout the process introduced me to the finance team and ultimately led to a seamless stress free purchase of a beautiful Black on Black Mercedes. Eddie was very friendly, not like a salesperson and he was thorough with his knowledge of the vehicle having owned a CLS himself. My interaction with the insurance team led by Alejandra Mendoza was absolutely helpful as well as I realized that I was paying too much on my car insurance and I was able to reduce my car insurance payments by several hundred dollars per month and I now plan on following up regarding my home insurance policies and perhaps consolidating my insurance coverage. All in all an awesome experience and a great team of people working that know what the hell they are doing and truly want to help. I would definitely recommend HGreg all day without hesitation. More

I came in preapproved already with a private company with great interest rate and they ran the numbers and were able to beat the interest rate with their in house finance manager. Very smooth process to buy a car and a large selection of vehicles at competitive prices. I wish there was a spare key provided and they were able to make additions that would have been included with the finance but those are things I can take care of after the fact. More
