Nightmare purchase I purchased a vehicle with the asssurance that it was under manufacturers warranty and also purchased an extended warranty. I have had several issues I purchased a vehicle with the asssurance that it was under manufacturers warranty and also purchased an extended warranty. I have had several issues with it since driving off the lot because their advertised reassurance of a multipoint vehicle inspection is clearly not being upheld. The manufacturers warranty cannot be applied because the vehicle is missing actual parts and HGreg is dragging their feet on taking responsibility for the repairs on an issue their pre-sale “inspection” did not catch. Phone calls and emails to their customer service go unanswered and the store manager continues to pass the buck on responsibility to the cars original manufacturer. 1 week later, my car has not been repaired, HGreg customer service does not follow up and I’m incurring transportation costs while awaiting for them to stop avoiding me and proactively begin assisting a customer. I’ve opened a ticket with corporate, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and make daily calls and emails to every contact I can find. As a customer making purchase, I could not recommend this dealership to anyone and urge any used car buyer to avoid this nightmare of an experience at all costs. More
