It was originally on their lot where the vehicles parked there are due to go to the repair shop to have issues found on it addressed. In this case I was told a slight suspension sound. I called a few days later and I was told by the salesman, Karim Leon that the car was ready and tested great. I picked it up and drove home (2 miles). I did not hear anything at the time. The following week when I started using it to go to work, I noticed a humming rolling sound from the rear right wheel. Also when I applied the brakes for the first time on I-95- the car began to shake severely. These symptoms tell that not only are the rotors warped, but the rear sound is a failed wheel hub bearing. This tells me they did nothing. I paid them $13,000.00 cash. I called the sales man and he said you bought it “AS IS”. Should have brought it in the following day to see if they could fix it, but now it is too late. I went to my local auto repair and they estimated $3900.00 for the repairs. More

I think the key to returning customers is how you treat them, I had some good experiences with HGreg, particularly Luis Correa, Sr. He was always helpful, returned my calls for the most part and answered my texts for the most part. My issue is the level of service that comes from a management level. We made a verbal deal on 7/19/19 while I was on vacation. By the time I got home on 7/21/19, docs were at home ready for me to sign, but they were incorrect, the purchase price was $1,000 more than what the vehicle was listed for. I immediately left a voicemail for both the manager and Luis, also sent an email showing the listed price and what appeared on the contract. After calling and emailing most of the week, I had to send an email to a GM to get a response, no one to that point had even fixed the contract or contacted me. At that point I got a call apologizing, and they sent out a new contract that day. I received it 7/30/19, sent it back 7/31/19. At that point booked a plane ticket to fly out on 8/9/19 to pick up the car, from the inspection I had done prior to buying , I already knew the car had one Key, I can have another made, one missing floor mat, I can buy a set later. Got there the car is filthy, I have never purchased a car from any dealership anywhere in the US where the don't wash the car they are selling you and fill the tank. These jokers gave me a dirty car and the tank on E with the gas light flashing. They boast they have 7 dealership, one of them a mile from the warehouse where my car was stored, and someone couldn't take the time to drive it over to the full service dealership and have it cleaned for a customer that just spend 34k. How do you hand over a customer a new purchase and they immediately have to go find a gas station because you guys couldn't put 1/2 a tank of gas. PATHETIC! I live in TX, bought a 2006 car in Ft. Lauderdale 2yrs ago for 6k and the filled they tank. I get in the car, and put my wallet in the glove box, take the key out of the keyfob to lock it and the key doesn't work. So they took a Nissan key from another vehicle, reprogrammed it for my Infiniti, and left the key the same that cannot unlock the door or the glovebox. The price was good, the level of service would make me never buy there again! More
WASTE OF TIME, couldn't even drive off lot with my "new" car If I could leave LESS stars I would. MUST READ, DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND WASTED MY TIME. This was the absolute worst ca If I could leave LESS stars I would. MUST READ, DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON AND WASTED MY TIME. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. First time we went our salesman was trying to help us and 3 other clients at the same time so we basically went out, looked at cars, got the information all on our own and did his job for him. We ended up being so unhappy we walked out. We went to the Hgreg in Miami on a later date where we met with a different salesman who was a bit more helpful but very inattentive, constantly on the phone with his friends, texting while DRIVING us around (who does that with clients in the car). Turns out the car I wanted was back in Doral but was unavailable and they would call me when it was ready. Day THREE of me trying to purchase a car, I get a call at 8 in the morning that the car was good to go. So, after work in Miami traffic we head back to Doral and go to look at the car at 5:30pm, THE CAR WOULD NOT TURN ON. This was a 2019 Toyota RAV4, way too new a car to have major issues. They had us go all the way to Doral and in the NINE hours between when they called me and when I got there no one thought to check the car and make sure it was actually ready for sale. The manager "quickly" took to action but we still left with no car. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, but rather they assured me that I wouldn't be able to find as good a deal on a car anywhere else. That night I received a text that the car issue was fixed and we could go in to get it the next day. DAY FOUR, my husband takes off of work and comes with me to pick up the car, everything looks great. He asks to check a few things in the car (he has experience fixing cars) and they assure us that they did all the checks and would give us the paper work. AFTER FOUR HOURS THERE of signing the paperwork to purchase the car and getting the financing through, we're ready to take the car and then *drumroll please* they tell us that there's an electrical issue with the wipers and they don't work! And our salesman has the audacity to tell me "well you can take it and bring it back." UMMMM HELLO. THIS IS MIAMI, FLORIDA WHERE IT RAINS WITHOUT WARNING. IF I DRIVE OUT OF HERE AND IT RAINS AND GET INTO AN ACCIDENT I WILL SUE THIS PLACE. The car obviously had more issues than they were trying to make me believe but waited until I signed the paperwork to tell me. Needless to say we spent another hour UNDOING all of the paper work because no way was I going to take a car that had very obvious issues and the salesmen were all shady and just trying to get a sale in. Additional issues: - one manager we spoke with was very clearly sexist and tried to speak down to me, to the point I actually asked him to step away from me because I was going to lose my patience. -They make you pay $1300 in "service fees" (Ironic when the service is SO HORRIBLE) Moral of the story : STAY AWAY, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS IT WILL NOT BE WORTH YOUR TIME AND ENERGY TO WASTE. THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT TO MOVE THEIR CARS OFF THE LOT AND GET NEW ONES TO SUCKER PEOPLE IN. More
THIS DEALER IS WHAT GIVES USED CAR SALES A BAD REPUTATION You will be sorry if you call them. They have methods that complicate and tie you up while they add fees and cost to the deal. They make it almost i You will be sorry if you call them. They have methods that complicate and tie you up while they add fees and cost to the deal. They make it almost impossible, and expensive, to have your independant mechanic inspect the car. They will provide you a list of "INSPECTORS" from their list. Run! Don't walk away. I have over 50 years buying and selling cars and these guys are the worst that I have encountered. Nothing is easy or straight forward with these guys. Their whole business model is structured to burn the buyer. The low advertised price is the hook for gullible fish! I mean buyer. And then they start stacking process costs and fees that have logical names and explanations. Cheap deals always have hidden costs! More

They all did everything they could to make our experience a great one. Jaime Ortiz, our sales representative, was especially great. I would definitely recommend them...in fact, when we need another car, I may just drive the 220 miles, just to have Jaime take care of us again. Thank you, HGreg Orlando! More

But my salesman was rude and on his phone I and active duty in the Air Force and I came to this dealership thinking I’d get awesome customer service. But my salesman was rude and on his phone yelling the entire time. He also kept pressuring me to buy the car. I asked him if their was anything wrong with the car and he told me that the car has to get inspected before they could sell it but their are still things wrong with my car.
