This is the worst near car buying experience I have ever had. After checking on the vehicle availability multiple times and getting the run around, Eddy told me the vehicle was available so I told him I was had. After checking on the vehicle availability multiple times and getting the run around, Eddy told me the vehicle was available so I told him I was going to secure financing and fly down to their dealership from North Florida where I'm located. I was told that I could not purchase the vehicle sight unseen or even put down a deposit because it would be a liability if I came down and didn't like the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle would be available anyhow. I purchased a plane ticket to fly down in 2 days, and he was going to send me pictures and get everything setup. I texted him the day before I was to fly down, looking for the pictures and ensure everything was in order. He texted me back that the car had been sold and there was nothing that could be done. I explained that this was unacceptable and asked how this could have happened? Why wasn't I at least called first, and asked if they would be willing to refund the cost of my plane ticket which I now have no use for. Nothing. This was a very specific vehicle that I have been searching for and all he could say was, "We have a lot of other cars that you might still be interested in". Now, I'm stuck with a flight I have no need for that's non-refundable, a check for a vehicle that was sold out from under me, and left to wonder what other shady activities are going on at this establishment. I would definitely think twice before dealing with these folks or the chain as a whole. I hope this helps someone else. More

Celso Zevallos Won't answer questions or emails. Tried to get questions answered 2 different vehicles. Emailed Multiple times and emails are ignored!!!! Celso is very unprofessional and no help. Told them email only until we get closer to a deal but, this means nothing as him as after submitting the request for information he starts texting me. All I want to do is get my questions answered and have a record of what information that is supplied by the dealership as I have been burned before by dealerships telling you one thing and when you get there the information is wrong. More
