I had a great experience buying a car in the Doral HGreg. Alejandro, the associate that assisted us is a super nice and easy going young man. He helped to negotiate a fair value for my old car to trade it in Alejandro, the associate that assisted us is a super nice and easy going young man. He helped to negotiate a fair value for my old car to trade it in for a new one. The company has a great amount of used car selection with very competitive prices and plenty of associates to guarantee you don't have to wait so long to finish the purchase process. The whole experience was very good and I highly recommend this dealer to everyone who is looking for a used car with the best price in the market. More

This past week (10/14/2020) my wife and I drove to HGreg car dealer in search of a specific vehicle that was being advertised on HGreg website, as we walked into the the dealer showroom we were warmly greet car dealer in search of a specific vehicle that was being advertised on HGreg website, as we walked into the the dealer showroom we were warmly greeted by salesman Roberto Cruz. My wife explained to Mr Cruz that we were only interested in the advertised vehicle and had interest in any other, and after a quick search Mr Cruz regrettably informed us that car was recently sold, very disappointed my wife did a 180 degree turn and started to walk out of the showroom to which Mr Cruz asked to us to please give him the opportunity to make up for the disappointment we just went through. Mr Cruz drove us to a large warehouse with hundreds of vehicles in store. We test drove many different types Of vehicles and very single car Mr Cruz pointed out all the details of that particular car, we were very impressed with his vast knowledge Of the cars, but I was more impressed that at no point we felt he was trying to push us into buying. In short we drove out of the dealer with a new car and a big smile on my wife’s face. I will highly recommend HGreg auto dealer to family and friends and most importantly salesman Roberto Cruz More
