Unacceptable customer service I was given a temporary registration and temporary plates while waiting for the documents and hard plates. I was promised everything would be handled I was given a temporary registration and temporary plates while waiting for the documents and hard plates. I was promised everything would be handled in a timely manner and that I would receive everything before the temporary documents expiration date. Not only I did not receive anything before the expiration date, but I had to call numerous times and spend an incredible amount of time begging for help in order to final have someone send me a 2nd temporary registration and 2nd temporary plate. This 2nd set of temporary documents is going to expire again(Oct. 31 2016) and I was still not provided with proper registration and plates. I once again tried contacting HGREG.com and no one is providing me with an explanation, returning my messages, or doing anything to solve the problem. I cannot waste anymore time begging for help as I will soon no longer be able to drive my newly purchased vehicle unless proper documentation is sent to me. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional coming from a dealership of this size. There wasn't any delay and everyone was available when it came down to sign for the purchase and take my money for the car. But now, it seems like no one has neither the time nor the decency to do for me what comes as part of the agreement. More
