Two Trips, Two Disappointments Visited the dealership on two separate occasions. Both times, the vehicle battery was dead. First trip I waited for more than an hour to test drive as the staff scrambled to find a portable jumper that was charged. On my second visit to arrange an inspection, the battery was again dead. Not at all confidence inspiring but I was still willing to give them a chance. As I left I asked Ridel to call or email me to let me know if the car was good to drive the next day as I'd arranged a second inspection. Never heard back and had to cancel with my mechanic at the last minute. So, at a minimum, what I've seen is poorly executed routine maintenance, coupled with indifference to customer communication.
