Even though the first one i had gone to look at was moved in the morning. But he didn't give me some BS answer that anyone would believe, it was moved to the shop for a light, hearing that I didn't want to see it anyway. He answered all questions and was up front to talk to, he didn't try to give us the run around. I thank him for putting up with us for the day.. Thanks to Pedro. The only thing I may say bad was dirty bathrooms, with that many people there every day they should staff a janitor too.. More

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.. AND IT WASN'T CHEAP I hate writing bad reviews but I truly had an Awful buying experience at this hgreg car dealership. Just beware with them because They sell imported cars. In my case a Canadian version of a Nissan Murano and up to this day (two months after) my car has not been legally registered with the FDOT. This was not a dealers mistake, just smart move to make the sale, collect my money and let me off to this deal with this matter. In other words, use my personal time to resolve a necessary inspection that should have been done actually before making the car's sale. And Btw, it was not a cheap car too! In addition to a very disappointing customer service experience which includes the salesman as well. Try to Avoid some guy named "Eloy" if possible. He is very Rude and has no sale skills at all. Again, just beware of these people. They are truly sharks! More

The car that i went in looking for, the sales rep told me that it was located in their warehouse and if i wanted to see it i had to wait 45 minutes. I agreed because i was interested in the car, the sales rep then informs me that the car was sold earlier that day. I don't understand why have a cars online, when you don't have them in stock. Drove 1 hour to this dealership to deal with a Craigslist level dealer. Joke ! Tried to call them today to try to work things out and to speak to a manager. But sadly no one could transfer me to a manager. Called two times with no luck and receptionist can't understand English and just put you on hold. Take your business elsewhere and find a serious dealer, if i had a problem trying to buy a car, imagine you having to deal with them after your car purchase. Great cars with POOR MANAGEMENT. More

After I agreed to buy the car at the full advertised price, and pay the dealer junk fee. I told Randy on Dec 26 that I needed to have the car purchased and in my possession by Dec 31 for tax reasons and he assured me that wouldn't be an issue. There was a little delay in getting a bill of sale out of them. Once I signed it, I also submitted a credit app. It then took the finance department a total of 3-4 DAYS JUST TO GET ME AN INTEREST RATE QUOTE. I tried calling in on day 2 to talk with the finance department, since my sales rep couldn't even get a hold of them. I called in and waited on hold about 30-40 minutes and then got hung up on. I called back in spoke with a receptionist explained the urgency and my inability to reach someone, they said they'd go get someone and hung up the phone. So I called back a third time, got transferred to the finance department again, this time I got voicemail, left one and never got a callback. Called again, talked with another receptionist never came back to the phone and I got tired of waiting after another 20 minutes. I then gave up and started looking for a car dealership that actually had people working at it that was in the business of selling cars and not xxxxxxx around. I also had the car at Hgreg professionally inspected at BMW, and paid for the inspection. I am now out that money due to this dealership dropping the ball and being too inept to sell me a car at the end of the year. Hgreg lost a super easy 40K sale just due to being disorganized, understaffed, and incompetent. More
