Nice selection of cars, but ridiculous dealer fees!! My first impression driving in to the location honestly was not the best. The building looks run down and not well kept, plus a lot of the cars in the front could use a wash. Upon entry however the customer service was at least very good. I was greeted by an associate and directed to another salesman by the name of Pedro Rodriguez. Even though at times during the interaction I could tell Pedro had several things going on at least he was very helpful, attentive, and honest with me. He really at least made my experience good enough to give two stars. To make long stories short the car I was interested in was quoted at $6,000 online, when I speak to Pedro about the price it goes up to $8,100. After meeting with the finance person the price jumps another $1,500. So basically the price went from $6,000 online to $9,500!! The car also had some concerns such as the headlights were extremely dirty, the paint on the side view mirrors were faded, and the rear hatch handle was literally ready to come off! Not to mention the check engine light was on and I was told by another salesman not to worry about It. The manager with glasses and shaved head and whom I interacted with a few times, didn't seem to care about my concerns he just wanted to make a sale. So all in all I can't say I would recommend this dealer based on my overall experience. More

They have now a new location under roof with more than 600 cars. It's a beautiful place. I test drive the car that I was checking out and we decided to move forward with the purchase. After I finished the sale my car was ready and cleaned, I still can't figure out why people make bad complaints about this place. This is my second purchase in hgreg and everything was easier and smoother. I will be recommending Hgreg to all my family and friends. I would like to thank Brandon and Hebert for helping me out and making my second purchase a great experience like it was when I bought my first car with them. you guys are the best !! More

I purchased a extended warrantee and the check which was payable to the warranty company instead was deposited by the dealership and the warranty application never submitted I had to file a dispute with the bank and now will have to file a complaint against their dealers license, and a civil litigation in order to get basic things that were promised when the car was delivered that would be done within 72 hours. Next week will be three months and I can't even get a return phone call, this is not a reputable dealer. More
