Extremely poor management Pedro was very helpfull, he always responded my phone calls promptly and tried hes best to speed up the process. However the dealer process time after Pedro was very helpfull, he always responded my phone calls promptly and tried hes best to speed up the process. However the dealer process time after you choose you car is about 8 to 9hours. Worst car service station, after 2 hours of waiting they didn't know the wheel key lock was in the trunk of the car.
