They called me the next day saying that I was pre-approved. Knowing that I was from another state, they were pushing me to sign all the agreements, and purchase agreement. BEFORE THEY EVEN RAN my credit through the bank. They didn't tell me whether the banks ready to finance me or whether the banks refused to finance me. How can you make someone buy a vehicle without that person knowing the APR and the monthly payment. I refused to sign the papers before knowing the status of my credit application with their banks and they said "the manager requires you to sign the purchase papers, inorder for him to process your loan" What?????????????????? This is the way ghetto HGreg operates Every time I call, they switch me to different departments and they hand up the call They say lame excuses and they say" Our manager will call you" Its been three weeks and none of the so-called managers have called. last week I made my friend who resides in Daytonna call them and they told him to "JUST COME HERE. You are approved" My friend drove 4 hours from Daytonna to this dealership to check out the car...GUESS WHAT????? The engine light was on!!!!!! Now we know whay they were forcing me to sign the purchase agreement quickly and sell the enclave "as is" to me. My friend waited there for 2 hours and they said "oh the light must have just come on". They said they would ask their mechanic to take a look at it. My friend waits there and he is watching all this drama....( All this time, though my friend repeatedly asked for the sales guy LEE PEREZ who was in touch with both of us to come out, he wouldn't come out...exscuse was he was so so sos busy in a meeting" These guys are not credible and PLEASE DO NOT SIGN AANAY PAPERS before they show you your APR and monthly payment. Uncles and until you agree with the vehicle prices and the APR the monthly loan payment and the term of the loan DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS!!!! Please do not Buy that 2008 Enclave...unless they give it in writing that they have already checked it and state the causes of the engine light and also write that they will fix any works pertaining to the cause of that engine light. these people talk big and lure you into their dealership and try to play games. Its not worth travelling there out-of-state, or even talking to them. More
