I was really mad.... DORAL store is a market place, they just want to sell and make their numbers... not a good service.... Publux have a Gold metal on service and is food... here I paid over 32k for the vehicle and the service sucks.... More

I would say the only things that were disappointing was the car was brought in and was very dusty. I missed a few details in the paint and windshield. The car had seen damage from gravel or some type of rock there were dings and chips that were missed on the hood and windshield. The front bumper had been repainted and was missed even though all reports showed no damage (the reports were not the dealerships fault however). I would suggest prepping the car better, I have purchased vehicles from Off Lease Only a competitor and they detail the vehicle before delivery. Mine just had a hose run over it and not even dried off, there was still bird droppings on the roof and trunk. Other than the detailing issues the salesman and management were very friendly and followed through on everything they promised. More
