Good customer service Sales team very helpful online and at dealership. Many options at the dealership to choose the right vehicle. Very informative but the vehicle. I was told on a Saturday afternoon by Sales Manager they were going to try different options for bank approvals and told me by Monday to contact them they will process. I contacted them directly in the afternoon Monday the Sales Rep. and just recieved a simple answer when I asked if they processed any other banks.. That is not good customer service or Sales. Even if I am not approved give an option for higher deposit or cosigner which can be done. They obviously handled this the wrong way or assumed for whatever reason I was not able to purchase by paying more in a deposit or adding a cosigner which I do have. Regards More
