I inquired about a used vehicle online and was given a price via email which was slightly higher than what Edmunds.com said the vehicle was worth at Dealer Retail. After test driving the vehicle, I meet price via email which was slightly higher than what Edmunds.com said the vehicle was worth at Dealer Retail. After test driving the vehicle, I meet with the internet manager Angell to discuss price, after some negotiation we agreed upon the quoted price in my email as an out the door price. John (the inventory manager) then entered the picture and said that they couldn't sell the vehicle at the price quoted (in email) or agreed to (onsite). After some discussion about my feelings that I had been misled about pricing, I was given a second price which was $450 higher than what I was quoted/agreed to. I was upset and took a few minutes to clear my head (I walked around the lot) during which time Angell spoke with the owner about the situation. When I came back in I told Angell that I would take the vehicle at the +$450 upcharge, I was then told that the owner wouldn't honor that price and the price was now +$2,000 higher. I left the dealership and will never purchase anything from Gwinnett Place Ford again eventhough this would have been the third vehicle that I had purchased from them. More
I purchased my 2011 Lincoln new from this dealer. I was/am extremely pleased with the salesman and service providers. I also appreciate the follow-up by the service department. When we purchased our car we purchased the plan for the Maintenance -- I have been to the dealership service for three oil changes in the year we have had this vehicle and the service person at the count Maintenance -- I have been to the dealership service for three oil changes in the year we have had this vehicle and the service person at the counter has been less than helpful, all three times I have had to argue and fight for the service we purchased with the vehicle, and this last time my son went in and the service tech made him pay for the oil change that is covered under this plan. I am not very happy with the response of the service department for a service that was purchased wtih the vehicle. Still contemplating what to do-I know the Better Business Bureau will be mroe than happy to take this complaint.. Not once but three times-Shame on Gwinnett ford Service Department. Once I spoke with Natalie and Johnny they seem to be getting this resolved, however, this is very disappointing. More

Cedric was very friendly and helpful with my vehicle--after it was diagnosed he called me and let meknow what was wrong, also followed up with and email and a recommeded action plan--after my ap vehicle--after it was diagnosed he called me and let meknow what was wrong, also followed up with and email and a recommeded action plan--after my approval they completed the work in a timely manner. Once my vehicle was complete Cedric called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. Everyone was very polite and friendly and the experience was excellent. More
I have had multiple things taken care of at the service center. I cannot say enough positive things about everyone there, especially Chris.
