Gwinnett Chrysler, the Service Director specifically, are liars and cheats. I don't say that lightly and it is absolutely true. We bought our vehicle there and we've had all of our factory recommended serv liars and cheats. I don't say that lightly and it is absolutely true. We bought our vehicle there and we've had all of our factory recommended service done there. When our 2020 Jeep had problems at 39k miles, we took it there to be repaired. They diagnosed an electrical problem. They told us that Jeep would pay for the repair ($1,100), but only if we paid $990 for maintenance. That was a lie, because the maintenance is unnecessary dealer recommended services and the factory does not make service a caveat for goodwill coverage. I got the service director on the phone and he eventually admitted that the maintenance was only being required by the dealership because, in his words, I did not have enough "skin in the game". In other words, he was holding factory goodwill coverage hostage until I agreed to pay for services my Jeep did not need. Apparently, buying the vehicle there, servicing it there and taking it to them for repair is not "skin in the game". By the way, one of those times I took it there for service they lost my keys. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours before they finally got up the nerve to tell me. I had to leave in a loaner car while they ordered a new key. I didn't want to pay for the unnecessary services, so he told me I needed to pay $1,100 for the repair. No factory assistance for me. I ended up paying them $189 for diagnosis and I took it to another dealership. The other, better, dealership did the repair for $200. Don't ever, ever take your vehicle to the Gwinnett Chrysler service department. More

I DID everything over the phone and internet, and my experience was great. My salesman was awesome for 3 months because I order my vehicle and he kept me informed the whole time.
