I told the person that I spoke to I was looking sing air on my right front tire. She said come in and ask for Jeffrey. I arrived was pointed in the right direction. I was greeted by Riaz Ali who asked what he could do for me. I told him the situation he asked if he could bring my jeep in have a seat in the waiting area. He checked out my problem immediately removed a screw and plugged the tire. What started out as an stressful situation was handled with reassurance and confidence. More

I called Hayes today and I have an appointment tomorrow am. Parts in stock. I’m not recommending this dealer for anything. It makes a difference what dealer you buy from. My salesman was awesome but what kind of money did he make on a 68K sale. Beware. More
A Service Department Beyond A 5 Star of Excellence. My name is Robert Mullings. I moved to Atlanta in 2010,and since that time I have carried my 2005 Dodge Magnum for service to various Dodge Dealerships around the Metro Area. However, Gwinnett always stood out as the dealership that not only cared about their buying customers, but also the ones they serviced. I recently went through a 6 months ordeal of trying to replace and install a new engine for my Magnum. What should have been an easy process, turned into a nightmare. However, I took my Magnum to Gwinnett, and met Chaz my Service Writer and Brad their Service Manager, and my anxieties were quelled because we spoke the same language towards Excellence In Auto Repairs. I was then introduced to Nerman, who in my 40 years of meeting and working with auto service techs, is the finest at his craft of fixing and repairing all Dodge, Chryler & jeep Automobiles. He and I hit it off from the beginning because he was meticulous in his workmanship as I was in the care towards excellence for my car. Despite the many hurdles and problems that we went through trying to get the process of installing a working engine, they remained constant in their dedication toward making sure that no stone went unturned in completing this process. In today's world mostly everything is driven by Money, and its hard to find Employees that care about the product the way an owner does. So, I am extremely grateful that Gwinnett Dodge/Chryler have these three individuals working with them, I was able to pick up my Dodge Magnum this weekend, and it drove like a new vehicle. I Thank Brad For His Help. I Thank Chaz For His Excellence As A Caring Service Writer /Manager, and I Thank Nerman for The Excellent & Meticulous Work He Did On My Dodge Magnum. We need more people like these in this world. Thank You Again For Your Dedication Towards Excellence. More

Watch your paperwork! If you are unlucky enough to be buying a car here, make sure that you watch the "business manager" like a hawk when signing paperwork. Things magical If you are unlucky enough to be buying a car here, make sure that you watch the "business manager" like a hawk when signing paperwork. Things magically appear and get buried into your financing... like wheel protection and other junk. If you are smart, get your own financing and sell your trade to an auto buyer, these guys will convolute the paperwork and cram something in there. After confronting management and even the owner, it was determined that this place is shady. I should add that you should never buy an extended warranty or any type of protection package from these guys and avoid all Pope dealerships at all costs. Most, if not all of these other reviews clamoring about a specific sales person are fake. These guys cannot keep a sales guy for more than a few months before they quit because or get fired because they are too honest. More

At that time, we were advised we had a series of free oil changes so this afternoon my husband stopped in to have the first completed. When he checked in with the service department, he was told it would take 30-40 minutes to complete. An hour and 20 minutes later, he approached the clerk to find out what was taking so long. After a period of time of the service tech trying to even locate the truck (at first the tech thought he forgot to turn in the invoice, then thought he had lost it, then thought the truck was in the lot, then finally "found" it), he was told that the system updates were still running and had about 10 more minutes. A system update was not requested nor did anyone verify with my husband that this could be performed. Two hours after first checking in, the truck was finally finished. No apologies for the length of time, no apologies for losing the truck, no apologies for me having to reschedule an already existing appointment that my husband was to accompany me to because his entire afternoon was spent at your dealership when it should have been 30-40 minutes. And we still have no explanation as to what kind of system update was performed on a 2 month old truck and why. More
Bad first time car buying experience! Wanted to buy a car at this dealership. I am particularly disappointed with the way the finance guy handled my financing, I feel deceived me. He firs Wanted to buy a car at this dealership. I am particularly disappointed with the way the finance guy handled my financing, I feel deceived me. He firstly assured me he would do a soft enquiry on my credit to give me an idea what rates I can get from his dealership. It turned out to be a hard enquiry from GWINNETT CHRYSLER DODGE. I had come with my pre-approval which was better than what he was offering. My credit score dinged. I informed the sales guy I was displeased with the finance guy who eventually came back informing me I needed a cosigner after checking with two other financers because according to him I haven't demonstrated a history of mix of loan. I feel he was making it difficult since I refused his rate offer the previous day. I didnt get a sense of value for customers in his dealings. Bad for this dealership! This dealership need to look into practices by this finance guy he is not courteous at all, wish I read reviews on this dealership! Sales person Tracey Farrell was good and professional however the finance guy is whom my complaint is for but I don't recall his name. More

The tune up did not include wires only spark plugs. My husband spoke with a manager and he had me bring the vehicle back to put wires on it at no charge. 3 days later, my engine light came on. I took my vehicle back and was told my solenoid harness was bad and it would cost me 600.00. I then called the General Manager Mike Thames and expressed my concerns. I explained to the general manger that I felt my vehicle might have been purposely broke. Mike said he would investigate the situation. He called me back and said he could not prove my accusations incorrect and that they would pay for the service if I paid for my rental since my vehicle was in the shop for a week. I agreed. Now today exactly one week later, my radiator is busted and leaking. The service adviser suggested bringing my vehicle back so they can check it out. They were supposed to check it on the first visit, just a month ago. More
