Exceptionally poor and frustrating customer service I attempted to book an appointment to have a repair done. The long wait times resulted in having to drop before my call was answered, as I was at work I attempted to book an appointment to have a repair done. The long wait times resulted in having to drop before my call was answered, as I was at work and kept trying in the course of an afternoon. On the fifth and sixth attempt, I was dumped into voice mail, and finally left a message to be contacted. Nothing. Later I did the online chat, where someone (a bot?) collected my information and I was promised someone would contact me. 24 hours later I was still waiting. Today I called, and after additional long wait times I zeroed out to the receptionist. I asked for the service manger and was transferred to the same phone queue that has proven unsuccessful. Called back and emphatically asked for the service manager (apparently named Brad) and the line was finally answered by Austin. I explained the situation and he promised to transfer me to the right person. A few minutes later the phone was answered, and as I was explaining I needed an appointment I was abruptly hung up on. I don't know why this process is so disfunctional for this dealership and booking a simple service appointment should be so frustrating. Given that service departments are key profit centers for dealerships, you would think they would have optimized the ability to bring in new customers. I bought my Jeep at Gwinnett, and thought it would be reasonable to have it serviced there, but I will just give my business and referrals to others. More

Was excited on average been offered 16000 for our trade in at the other dealers came here and they brake the linkage on the 4x4 and low ball us at 12000 afterwards. We fixed it for 10 dollars no where near the 4000 cut off trade. We loved a van but will find it elsewhere More
Up in the Air I am in the military as a Drill Sergeant and traveled a few hours to Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I found the vehicle I wanted online and when I I am in the military as a Drill Sergeant and traveled a few hours to Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I found the vehicle I wanted online and when I went to the dealership initially the sales representative said I wouldn't have enough to purchase the vehicle. After reassuring him I did and showing a draft from my credit union he was more cooperative. After going through the back and forth of a normal transaction I guess I got my vehicle. I just received my registration and tag in the mail a week ago. The registration expires in October instead of February, which in the state of Georgia is the time frame registrations are due to renew. After contacting my local registration office I was told the issue was that the dealer applied under a commercial account instead of an individual account and that was the reason I have the erroneous expiration date. I was then told the only fix has to take place back at the dealer in which they need to reapply for the registration to be corrected properly. I contacted Gwinnett dealership on a Monday. The secretary asked how can she direct the call I told her my situation and she asked with an attitude if I know who I need to talk to. I asked for whichever department handles registration and titles. After redirecting I spoke with the representative a woman who deals with registration. She said she would contact the Georgia office to get it corrected and said she would have to call them so she would give me a call back as soon as she spoke to someone. After waiting the entire day I called back and she then said she would have to had waited for 3 hours to speak to someone about it. So basically she didn't do anything to correct it! She then stated she would try to contact my local office to find a workaround. Again this is Monday...I went all week and contacted her again on Friday and she stated she tried to get in touch with the lien holder to correct it and they wouldn't help her because she wasn't the customer and she gave me the number to the lien holder and told me to call her back after she got it corrected. I contacted the lien holder and upon verification of my identity for my account my social and address weren't even correct in their database. Another indication that the dealer has messed up! They told me to send in the info for my registration and after I did a woman from titles for the lien holder called me back and said I'm sorry but this is definitely a dealer issue and has nothing to do with the lien holder. She then stated she attempted to call Gwinnett dealership though to help the dealer try to fix the issue. The first call she said she was speaking to the woman for registration and she was hung up on. She called again and they switched her to parts department and when parts switched her back to registration she got the voicemail immediately. Apparently the registration department particularly DEBRA does not or cannot effectively do her job. I called back again and asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a manager I guess but after speaking with him and telling him my situation he asked was I military? I said yes and I had to travel in order to get the vehicle in the first place. He then tried to downplay my issue saying "Well if you're military it only costs $20 to renew anyways and it sounds like you're doing a whole lot for a little situation". I told him that was not the principle of the situation and that I paid over $50K for a vehicle and another $2500 for registration and that it should be correct. I should not have to go through this every year through registration with Georgia because my DOB does not correspond correctly and this vehicle is not for commercial use it was purchased as a personal vehicle. The manager still has yet to call me back which he assured me he would. Apparently the employees from the dealership are only there to take your money and not provide any customer service in between or afterwards. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the future, especially my Military Service Members asking where I purchased my truck from. They've just lost a lot of future business from us! More

I personally sent them an email saying were we needed to be on the trade in amount and the new car purchase. Soon after they emailed my son saying can you come tonight we can make it work. We drove over an hour and 15 minutes on Memorial Day to only get our time wasted. The amount was about $5,000 less than what they said they could do! Just plain ole bad business practices! I’m sure a lot of people would maybe just suck it up after traveling that far but I choose to warn as many people as I can to just stay away! More
Don't believe the low price Got a few complaints about the dealership but I think its industry-wide in their pricing. The vehicle is perfect for me and it runs like a dream. No i Got a few complaints about the dealership but I think its industry-wide in their pricing. The vehicle is perfect for me and it runs like a dream. No issues yet about it as of this writing but beware of when any dealer that advertise their prices. This Jeep was the cheapest out of 5 that I had my eye on from other dealers within a 75 mile radius of where I live. Go there with that Internet price printed in hand and the salesman says that it was contingent on me getting financing through Chrysler. Aint that a xxxx!! I couldn't get any of the incentives Chrysler had even though I had a blank check from my Credit Union from the girl who did my loan application for the blue Jeep I bought 13 years ago. She had gotten me a seriously low rate at 2%. Chrysler had a rate between 5-6%. No brainer. I stuck with my CU and paid the $3000.00 more. My last thing I told the salesman is that I'm blasting this on Google and all over social media. I'm sure this is a practice for all car dealers. Now even though I bought this Friday, they have even lowered the price another $100 even though its not there. Its all about getting you into the dealership. More

When he talked to the rep an hour ago he said it was coming in shortly. Apparently one of the techs moved it down the hill instead of pulling it in, so hes just sitting there getting lapped by people that showed up after him. I called and was hung up on the first time and then told this is typical for Saturday timing. If that is a true statement there is an issue with efficiency in your service department. I will be escalating to corporate and not returning. If service department is unable to handle an oil change in timely manner than clients who purchase cars there should be given oil change certificates to their places of their choice since obviously they can not handle it onsite workload. HE LISTENED SO GOOD THAT I THOUGHT HE HAD HUNG UP THE PHONE LOL. EVEN THO HE DIDN'T HAVE THE VEHICLE WE ASKED ABOUT HE OFFERED A VISIT THAT WAY WE COULD LOOK AT THE ENTIRE INVENTORY. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE MET BY A SALESPERSON WHO SAID THAT JAMEL HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY. AT THAT POINT WE WERE GOING TO LEAVE BUT MY MOM SUGGESTED THAT WE CALL HIM FIRST WHICH I DID. JAMEL TOLD US TO ASK FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER HE SAT US WITH A SALES GUY I DON'T REMEMBER THE NAME BUT HE WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. MY MOM PURCHASED A 2019 JEEP THE PAYMENTS WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN WHAT WE EXPECTED.
