Excellent service from John Wright I recently brought my Jeep in for service. Little did I realize that my vehicle was in serious need of immediate service. The problems with my jeep were of such a nature, that I could have seriously injured, had I not brought it in. Actually while in route to the dealership when my Traction Control System Light came on, which gave me a bit of a scare. John Wright who had serviced my jeep for a recall last year, was my service advisor again. His pleasant demeanor, knowledge, attention to detail and his ability to answer my questions made feel comfortable with my decision to bring my jeep to this dealership for service. He made arrangements for me to have a rental while the technicians worked on figuring out what needed to be done with my vehicle. He explained to me in detail the exact problems with my jeep and assured me that everything would be taken care. He also explained to me the necessity of keeping up overall maintenance on my jeep. I was looking to sell my My last 4 cars have been Dodge Vehicles. Today I walked into the dealership that I literally bought my last 3 vehicles from. I was looking to sell my paid off 2015 Dodge Challenger Shaker edition (good condition). The KBB value my vehicle between 22,000 to 24,758. I literally went to 4 dealerships to sell my vehicle. Out of the 4 dealerships Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Rams offer me by FAR the lowest of the 4. They offer me 19,000 for the vehicle, this offer was less then CARMAX lol. This was very disrespectful. I been a loyal buyer from this dealership for years. A month before they offer me 22,500 what change from 3 to 4 weeks. The guy who made the offer either he was too busy to look me in the eye or he knew he offer me a BS offer (Not Richard he’s a great salesman). Not quality or professional service, I’m very disappointed at these guys. I understand the company have to make a profit but to lowball a loyal customer or anybody for that matter, this make me rethink my pervious purchases from this company. Make a dollar at the end of the date seem like the new model over there. I really like the sales group up there some of them been up there for years! I would be happy to do business with them but I just cannot and will not do business with any company that lowball people. Jim Ellis offered me significantly more for my vehicle so I would suggest anybody that looking for a Dodge to buy or sale do not visit Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They obviously use a different system then the other dealerships when appraising vehicles. I will be in the market for another Dodge Vehicle in the coming months and I will no longer be a customer of Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Ram. More

Refuse to give my deposit back Decided to buy a car elsewhere and sales manager refuses to return my deposit. The sales manager was very rude. I'm far more educated then anyone in that building. What I don't understand is how the ownership can allow a staff this poor to continue to work for them. The car business is way to competitive. My recommendation is to shop elsewhere or do like I did buy in Tennessee. No games, better pricing, upfront great customer service and Sales staff that know how to treat potential customers. Don't bother trying to contact me for an explanation, you already know you're a terrible dealership. More
My EXPERIENCE was TERRIBLE On 08/03/18 I was in the market of buying a car and trading in my R/T SHAKER and was transferred to a salesman name Jeff... Gave Jeff my info over the phone and we proceeded through the process and everything was going as I expected because I've bought a vehicle at this location before and the salesman TORY was GREAT! This time was not so great... In fact It was TERRIBLE .. anyway as Jeff called me back to discuss our next move We determined that they could not reach the agreement I was hoping for. At that time I suggested that We try something else and I guess Jeff was having a bad day or whatever and I WAS RUDLEY CURSED OUT and treated unfairly and at that point I hung up and reached his SUPERVISOR Rony.. I didnt deserve this treatment and awaiting for the managers there to fix this issue.... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! More

I am still without the items negotiated during the sale and been told they would not honor their agreement with me??? Even the receptionist would not transfer me or give me her name so I at least know who I was speaking with. That demonstrates extremely poor customer service and a tell them what they want to here and then ignore them when they don't deliver mentality. I have asked that Mike Thames contact me to resolve without further disappointment. However that has not happened yet. The only person in the organization that has been helpful is Jon Oglesby at the Ford Service center, he knows and understands good customer service and I thank him for his wiliness to facilitate a solution.
