Just Average Everything was OK. They did everything (except one thing, I will explain) I came in for and reported and did find a problem that was done by another Everything was OK. They did everything (except one thing, I will explain) I came in for and reported and did find a problem that was done by another dealer I had done about two years ago and corrected it. My issue has to do with speed of service. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago on their online system with everything I need to have done for 8 in the morning and a weekend that I happened to finally get off. I get there and its not there and I have to explain everything that I need done. Well that was 2 weeks ago and I was a little upset because this is the second time that this has happened, so I left one thing off. It was not huge concern as it was not a safety issue or drive-ability concern like the three other things that I originally came in for. Three hours go by and they bring me down and that's when they pointed out the issue that was caused by the other dealer. Turns out they have not done anything to the truck this whole time and just put it on the lift. REALLY!! I made this appointment 2 weeks ago for this time so I could get out hopefully a little early. But no, they are just starting at 11 and another three hours later I am finally done. Second time this has happened and the only dealer near me that does more then just basic services on the weekend. Try some place else if you need to get early! More

Chris was great and very helpful, did the majority of negotiating over text message and pretty much had everything taken care if before I got there. Easy car buying experience but they don’t haggle on some cars. Jennifer Evans is Awesome. Mike Peay wasn’t very friendly. But the deal still got done because they had the vehicle I wanted. Jennifer was fantastic and pleasant, and we wanted to reduce the price a bit more to be satisfied, but when she handed us to another employer it changed immediately. We felt immediately judged by him as he had a very flat affect upon meeting us and did not seem interested in doing any kind of business we were hoping for with us. He was very disinterested and overall bad attitude with us from what we experienced. Ultimately, in the end, we are taking our business elsewhere, with salesman that are interested in negotiating to price. More
